Location was very near to airport and Tg Aru beach. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Superb rooftop view especially during sunset. Property was spacious, clean, comfortable, suitable for small family. Host was friendly and helpful.
Close proximity to airport meant loud aircraft noises, which can disturb sleep.

Superb facilities. 3 view in one location. You got to see m.kinabalu, airport and sea. Surely will book again next time if we visit KK.

We did not know that there is breakfast available. The food look nice but we did not dine. In the future, please inform your client the available entitlements.

We had a studio room. The toilet was great, the bed and the futons as well were comfy. The furniture are nicely placed.
Maybe better iron for clothing and should add microwave. But everything else is perfect.

The cleanliness. The host very nice! Location.
No toiletries provided. 😬 But u can still bring your own. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

The place is amazing and clean.
Please note they will ask for deposit via bank transfer on whatsapp prior to check in. We are not accusing anything but they made it very difficult for us to get our deposit back, claiming we did damages that we didn't do. We got suspicious when they refuse to respond texts/calls on the matter. Only received our deposit back once we've dealt with booking.com directly and almost took legal action.
To be on the safer side, make sure they do the inspections WITH your presence if you are choosing to stay here or anywhere else for that matter. Lesson learnt.

Location are nice, seaview unit. No breakfast are provided, as it was a homestay.
None. However, I just hope in the future, the owner can add some of the kitchen tools such as plate and rice cooker. Thank you.

accommodation view is superb, spacious unit, balcony is awesome and modern design. staff respond is fast.
The floor of the unit bit dirty, no mineral water provide, sofa and bed are dented in and we r crooked to sideways..

The unit is clean. Beds are comfortable. I love the Netflix and free WIFI. The atmosphere is very nice. Near to Tanjung Aru beach.

Very clean and staff was really helpful! Huge amazing L shaped balcony accessible from kitchen all the way to the master bedroom. The property also provided washing machine so you can do laundry if you want to. TV was equipped with Netflix, and WiFi was available although the wifi was quite unreliable.
Parking is a little tough - because it utilises the daxlifter style of parking so leaving and coming back may be quite cumbersome especially if you are in a hurry.
