This was our first time getting a house instead of a condo, and I 10/10 recommend. It was so clean and welcoming, and also plenty of room for everyone! They have beach chairs, and some sand toys for the kids. It was such a nice get away, and we hope to be back soon! If you want a quiet stay, and away from crowded beach areas this is the place to stay! The property manager was so kind, and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Loved being on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. This place was perfect for my entire family. It was definitely nice stepping right off the porch onto the beach.

We reserved the entire home for our stay and it was perfect! The property manager was an excellent communicator; the minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Beautiful views, the beach wasn’t crowded in front of the house during our stay. We will be back!

This was a perfect layout for our family and my wife’s parents as we each had our own fully equipped spaces. The location near the park was perfect.

We stayed in both levels of the house,a large group of 12, it was perfect for us! The location is great,the views are breathtaking, the home was spacious, and clean, the whole gang having dinner on the deck, watching the waves… absolute perfection!!

This house was truly everything we were looking for and more.
One of very few private houses on Panama City Beach, its location right on the beach is as unique as it is spectacular. The beach and ocean is amazing but sitting on those never ending balconies or looking out of the panorama windows on THAT VIEW, beats it all.
The house itself consists of two flats with identical floor plan, each with their own living room/dining/kitchen area, making it perfect for two families. Or, like in our case, just as perfect for one larger.
House was perfectly clean and had all we wanted and needed, from the practical and technical to taste and beautiful decor.
We will surely be back, and will stay even longer next time.

Owner/manager very informative and easy to communicate with. Beautiful sunsets and you can’t get any closer to the beach! Overall wonderful and memorable vacation…..will definatly reschedule another future vacation here!!

From start to finish, our time at the house was wonderful. Easy check in and out. Rene always responded right away when we had a question. The house was exactly as it was described and shown. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The added bonus of having beach chairs, sand toys and boggie boards was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!!

Great location away from crowds. House could use a little updating, but no matter if you are here for the beach. Couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. Nature preserve a short walk down the beach. All around nice place to spend a week.

This was a very nice property. The location was great in regards to restaurants and marinas. It was right on the beach as advertised. There were rafts and inter tubes available at the property. The only downside was that there were no beach chairs.

Fantastic! We have rented this property from different property managers over the past 7 years. Rene has been the absolute best. The property has been better maintained and updated, we will definitely be coming back! Can’t say enough about Rene and her caring professionalism and communication during our vacation!
