Home is as described. Very spacious. We especially enjoyed the master bed and bath! Location is excellent. Close proximity to the beach and nightlife. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time. Home is very clean and our children; ages 5 & 3 enjoyed the pool and close golf cart ride to the beach. Our son was in tears as we left - can’t wait to come back!

We love this house . The location is perfect , quiet neighbourhood but about 15 min walk to the beach and a few minutes longer to the village . Everything we needed was there. Pool fantastic. Everything super clean , great to have the washer and dryer . Perfect spot for us !

This was our 3rd house VRBO rental in Siesta Key in the last 3 years and I can easily say Bryan’s home has been the best! The location is in a perfect location on a very quiet street with quiet neighbors on each side of the house and across the canal. The open floor plan is wonderful with lots of natural light. The website description and photos are 100% accurate. My wife and I were the only guests, but we did have 14 family members for a birthday party on a rainy day and everyone was impressed with the home. The 21 other guests that have reviewed the home have gone into additional detail so I won’t repeat their comments. I will say this-if you are undecided about renting this home versus others, reserve this home now before it is before someone else takes it-you will not be disappointed!

Great house with everything we needed. Pool was great along with outdoor area and canal access. Host was engaged from beginning and everything went smoothly. Host offered suggestions of places to go and was easy to contact. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this property! We felt right at home and the amenities are perfect. Everyone said their beds were so comfortable. Location is perfect and we could walk or Uber everywhere (there are also some free service’s available!). The property owners are so kind, too. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Siesta Key!

House was great for six adults. Bryan was a great Host. Kayaking, Fishing, and close to town. Only suggestion, outside lights for evening swimming. Will be letting others know about this spot and booking again

My family of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 10,8,1) had an absolute amazing week in Bryan’s home! Great communication with host and the home was beautifully decorated and clean! Bryan was extremely accommodating to our needs traveling with small kids! The house was packed with essentials from cleaning products, toiletries and pool and beach equipment! The beach wagon was a lifesaver!!! Only had to rent a crib for my 1 year old which fit very comfortably in the master bedroom! The canal was beautiful where we caught many catfish and had a visit from a dolphin twice! Would highly recommend this home and host especially for families traveling with children! You will not be disappointed!

The house is beautiful. It has all you need and more. Appreciated that beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc that were provided. Bryan was very responsive and easy to work with. The proximity to Siesta beach is perfect. Loved our stay- thanks!

After a very long day and late night arrival, we woke up in paradise. This is by far the most well equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed in. You will want for nothing if you stay here . Facilities and location are 2nd to none and the decor is just perfect. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean rooms make for the best stay you can imagine. If you ever come to this amazing area then rent this villa, you will be missing out if you don't . Five stars plus from us . Kim & Mark .

The property was wonderful - plenty of space to spread out, clean and new. Things like tp and shampoo to spices and beach coolers were all there. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend this home in Siesta Key.

This home is absolutely perfect and I wish we could've stayed forever! It's just a quick bike ride to the beautiful beach of Siesta Key, but in a perfectly quiet neighborhood on the canal (which is great for kayaking). The heated pool was used daily and the open kitchen was so well stoked. Bryan was absolutely amazing to communicate with and any issues that popped up were quickly taken care of. We felt like this was our home and can't wait to return!!

This place is a gem! The location is perfect with a short walk to Siesta Beach! My whole family appreciated how clean it was and the excellent condition of all of the supplied items. All of the beach chairs were In working order and so was the beach wagon. Kitchen had everything! The attention to detail is evident! Bryan was quick at communicating and made the whole experience very easy! Would definitely stay again!

This property is just as it appears in the pictures. Is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the village and the beach. We rented the home for a week as my mother-in-law had passed away and we wanted space for the family to be able to gather and feel comfortable during this difficult time. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Bryan was a great host and responded very fast for all my questions. Would highly recommend this property and the area as it is just beautiful!

Property was as well decorated with lots of space. Love the open floor plan. The pool being directly where you could see if from the dinning area, kitchen and living room was so nice. Bryan the host was very quick to answer any questions we had. Overall experience I would give it a 10. Thanks for sharing your home with us we really enjoyed it and the recommendation on "Owens Fish Camp" was perfect! I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to try it.
