Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location right off the golf course. The house is tired and in need of some maintenance. Neither dishwasher worked, called for service and they couldn’t repair either. All showers were hard to control water temp. A couple were too hot to shower and others were too cold. We got rained on and wanted to dry some clothes, drier did not work well at all. The house is for sale and can tell they are not sticking any money into general maintenance. The setting is really nice and the views are amazing. I would not stay at this property again though.

This was a wonderful location for our family reunion. Plenty of space and beautiful views. Communication with property management was great and we all had a wonderful time!

There was plenty of space, it had plenty of kitchen supplies and it overall was a fine time. It gets very hot in the main room in the afternoon and upstairs, so be prepared to use the floor fans.

A lot of are golfers so we enjoyed watching the par 3 #12 hole.

When my grandson open the sliding glass door on the lower level, it fell off the tracks and almost hit him. This was just one of several items on the property that was in disrepair.

We stayed for 2nights 3days and everything was just perfect! From the host answering my every questions to our perfect stay . Beds are all very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked, the view was amazing! Kids from all ages were entertained and the house was so big never felt crowded. WE WERE A LARGE GROUP! Definitely will be coming back!!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in late March with four families for a ski trip and had a great time! The only bummer was that the kitchen dishwashers (2 dishwashers in the main kitchen!) both didn’t work well. After a couple times of needing to rewash dishes by hand, we threw in the towel and just washed everything by hand. That was a bummer for such a large group who ate every breakfast and dinner at the house, not a deal breaker though. (And the dishwasher in the basement worked well.) The bedrooms were plentiful and spacious. The living room and game room were great spaces for everyone to spend quality time together. The views were breathtaking. Several people in our group ended up feeling effects of the altitude, which didn’t have anything to do with the house, but something to keep in mind if you’re coming from somewhere outside the mountains. The house is at about 9,000ft. The guidelines to only have 3 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage were tricky because the garage was a tight squeeze for a Toyota Sienna with a rooftop box. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (and the basement kitchen was a nice bonus). The bathrooms were plentiful and great for our large group. A couple of the bathroom sinks were slow to drain but communication with the host was prompt and frequent - they checked in often by text. We skied at Keystone, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek & Vail during our stay and this house was the perfect central location for our large group. The house was about 15 minutes off the main road and I can see that it could be tricky to drive in fresh snow. It’s a paved, hilly, windy road. The views of the mountains make it worth it though!
