Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten, da wir leider um 05:00 Uhr morgens vor dem Frühstück wieder zum Flughafen mussten. Taxis zum Flughafen brauchen auch nur 15 min für 12 TND, und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Sidi Bou Said und Karthago waren auch für 15 TND in 15/20min besser zu erreichen als von einem Hotel im Zentrum.

The location is great for the purpose of our travel and room is spacious with good little kitchen. WiFi is great as well.
The staff constantly ask us for money for doing their job duties like my bother had my family checked in and went out to grab some food and came back asked the receptionist about the room number so verbally the receptionist told my brother the room number and my brother thanked him and headed towards the room the receptionist insisted on showing my brother where exactly the room is which is nice as that’s part of his job but when they got to room the receptionist asked for money because he showed him the room and told him that my little brother didn’t tip him earlier on. Another instance where one staff helped my mom with her suitcase and asked for money directly. I mean we don’t mind tipping but asking for tip for doing your job and make it so annoying and doesn’t make you feel comfortable especially when you pay higher prices for stay thinking about avoiding those things.

Tout est parfait et nickel
Les cries des femmes de ménage le matin c’est terrifiant. On s’est réveillé effrayé et c’est pas normal de crier sur les personnels de ménage comme ça c’est honteux

Reception was quite efficient
Bedding was not clean. Pillow cases had not been changed. The window had no view, other than a huge wall. The airl conditioning did not work. The staff couldn't advise on a nearby restaurant at which a beer was available. The breakfast was inadequate with perhaps the smallest omlette ever seen. Sadly the hotel really needs to improve.

The staff are great people, very friendly and helping, the place is near the airport, the breakfast is decent and the rooms are pretty new, comfortable and clean.
It’s a little overpriced for hotel of its size and services, also the surrounding area is almost “dead” at the evening, it’s not a lively area. So it’s only good for one night, at least for me.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious with all the facilities needed.
They upgraded my room to a suite, although I booked a standard room.
Breakfast is also nice with a diverse menu.
Definitely recommended.
They didn't have a clothes iron as they didn't bring one when I asked.

The location is close to the airport which is what we needed. The hotel is well maintained and room was clean.
The staff was a little rude when it came to help us schedule rides to the airport.
