Property was well set up and clean,also close to major shopping centre

Spacious apartment, great balcony, location to CBD and comfy beds.
Dishwasher, clothes dryer not working properly and need replacing.
No remote in 2nd bedroom.
No dish washing liquid or rack.

Great Location indeed!
the parking space can be tight if your neighboring cars are big ones, as mine is a big SUV too. I ended up parking one space away to be able to open the door.

Located a short walk from Canberra Centre and Public Transport options.
Deck receives sun from mid morning until sunset.
Kitchen, laundry facilities in room.
Room could benefit from basic maintenance and spring clean sometime soon.
Pool and BBQ became unavailable during the couple of months since booking - not through fault of the host but worth noting.

Location was fantastic. It's a five minute walk to Canberra city where there's tons of shops and restaurants.
A little bit Street noise but it was not bad enough to lose sleep.

there were two bathrooms and good space in the living area for sofa, TV, good size dining table and open plan kitchen.

cleaning could have been better- fair amount of dust in the built in robes and dead insects on the kitchen window sill.
insufficient crockery and cutlery for four persons- only two bowls for example!
noisy due to main road (no double glazing) and 24 hour McDonalds directly underneath.
swimming pool (key feature in summer with 2 kids) was shut for repairs and appears to have been shut for months.
some maintenance not done - kitchen tap is completely loose, sounds like it has been like this for months based on previous reviews.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The kitchen didn't have enough cookware. Salad servers but nothing to put a salad in. Cookware such as mixing/salad/chip bowls or microwave safe containers were lacking.
The kitchen tap was very loose. Worried that it could easily become disconnected.

We were in Canberra for our daughter's graduation at ANU and this was the perfect location. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

It was close to everything. Usually difficult for a family of 5 to find accomodation thats affordable. Apartment was well equipped and catered for all our needs. Instructions very detauiled easy to follow .Free parking also available. The apartment complex very modern and always clean with great COVID precautions
