I rated my stay at 10/10 as Front Desk Manager was proactive & when I’m checking out she personally apologised on behalf of the hotel’s team.
Overall experience staying here is okay but the service was below standards.

Very Elegant hotel and very friendly staff , Moroccan Bath was great ( thanks to Saeeda who is very professional and respectful lady ) also Massage was very good in the Spa
