We stayed for 1 week on Dec. 2023 with our family of 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6). The unit is exactly as pictured but even more spacious than expected! Two full baths, and tons of room for us and all our stuff. Regina was our in-person resource and was unbelievable warm and helpful. Charles helped with the booking and was responsive and prompt when we sent random questions and gave great recommendations. The location is the real selling point. The unit is ground level with walk out directly to the pool and hot tub, and the beach. The beach was gorgeous -- water was calm and clear, and the sand was fine and soft. It was amazing to have such direct beach access since it allowed us to easily go back and forth for several beach visits and going between the beach and pool through the day. The unit is also well stocked with pool and beach toys, as well as a stand-up paddle board. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but we were glad we brought our stroller for the kids! It was about 15-20 minutes to the grocery store and main drag. We really had the best week, and we will definitely be back to the Grandview and specifically to this unit!!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was very convenient and private. Our beach chairs were set up every morning. The property was clean and neat. We were welcomed personally and even had a great left for us in the kitchen. The pool and beach were so close that it worked out great having a baby and going back for naps. I would recommend a stay on Grace Bay!!

Property is first class and fantastic location within walking distance to many restaurants and directly ocean front. Less crowded on the beach because the density of guest is lower than other resorts. Always a chair and umbrella available. Sand and water in front of the property is perfect and very quiet. Great for relaxing. Interior furnishings were top notch and very comfortable from the beds to the family room and kitchen. Will definitely stay again if visiting this part of Provo.

This condo is exactly how it is described! It was perfectly clean, it is very spacious and a fantastic location within the complex. We appreciated having gated parking and we used the workout room. It was never crowded on the beach. It is the perfect choice for a stay on Grace Bay!

My family of 4 had a great stay at this property. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great location right on Grace Bay beach. Check in process was very easy and onsite property manager always available when needed. Charles - host was also always quick to respond and that is much appreciated. Can't go wrong with this property!

We had such a great time! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. It even had a yoga mat, bug spray, and lots of beach toys/inflatables. The beds were super comfortable. The location can’t be beat, right on the beach but also walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We rented a car because my husband and son went golfing and we wanted to check out some restaurants that were further away but a car really isn’t necessary if you’re good with a little walking. Charles and Regina were a pleasure to work with. There was a large fresh fruit tray and 2 big bottles of water waiting for us upon checkin which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Regina was also super nice to let us checkout a little late and when our rental car battery died right after we checked out, she let us wait for our ride back inside the condo. We loved our stay so much that we booked again for next year. We had to book a different condo because this exact one wasn’t available for our dates but it’s nearly identical. Can’t wait to stay at Grandview again!

The condo is located on a great part of Grace Bay and this ground floor unit is just steps from the pool and beach. Well furnished, clean and excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

This unit is top notch both inside and out. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master was huge) was very nice. Also having a kitchen while on vacation is nice to help cut down on the amount of times you have to eat out. Eating b-fast and lunches in was nice as could sit by pool/beach in between without having to venture out. The kitchen is VERY well stock and has plenty of plates, bowls, silverware so not having to wash all the time (also has soft sided coolers to use, so we didn't need to use ours). The unit also came with plenty of water toys - floats, noodles and even a paddle board - which my kids loved. The only change I would make is to have overhead lighting added to the 2nd bedroom, so can turn on light when walk in without having to get to lamp to turn lights on. As far as location - this unit is on first floor so might not have the same views as 2nd/3rd floor units (you can still see water), but was SO convenient when coming back from pool/beach we could walk right into our unit and didn't have to walk around to the other side of the unit where the stairs are located. We had a rental car for the first few days and parking at unit was easy and always available. We then walked into town on other days - either via the beach or street. It did get a bit hot doing this a few times, but is totally doable if you don't mind a walk. We were traveling with some friends that were staying at The Ritz and showed them our place and they are totally going to keep this place in mind for when they return. The staff from owners, Charles and Regina were amazing!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place - it is perfect!!!

Another great stay at the Grandview!!! The location is close enough to the activities (restaurants, bars, etc) but far enough away for some privacy. The on site property manager is fantastic and goes above and beyond to insure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Charles, the offsite manager, is a joy to work with regarding every aspect of your reservation. No better place to stay on the island!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grandview. Perfect beach and condo. We have three kids and they all fit comfortably in the second bedroom. Good location. Walking distance to many restaurants. We will be back (hopefully). Thanks for a great stay

Beautiful condo right on Grace Bay. Condo is quite spacious and everything was clean and well kept. Beach is only 100m away and condo has own chairs and umbrellas reserved for guests. Check in and communication was easy with Charles and Regina.

The condo was a great place to relax and enjoy life. Everyday chairs and umbrellas were sat up at beach for your disposal. The location was wonderful, but having a car was a plus. Charles was easy to deal with in booking . Regina spent time in showing us all details we needed during our stay at the condo. She gave us great recommendations.

Really loved everything about this place. Close proximity to the water, restaurants, golf course. We did not rent a car which was not a big deal. The pool is clean, hot tub clean, condo is beautiful and the property manager Regina is a sweetheart!

The condo was nestled between The Grace Bay Club and The Royal West Indies which provided for a great way to grab food in immediate walking distance and to also enjoy the live entertainment. The distance to the beach were mere seconds and we were always greeted with perfect beach front seating and a great on site attendant, Noel. We would love to visit the island again and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great way to enjoy Grace bay without being in a huge resort. Small building (I believe 18 units), beautiful, large, immaculate condo. Steps away from pool, hot tub and the beach. Few people at the pool / hut tub and always able to get one of the chair / umbrella setups at the beach. Restaurant across the street with 1/2 price drinks at happy hour!

This ground floor condo has a huge advantage - your back door opens to the pool and beach. Everybody else has to walk around to the back (front?) of the building to go upstairs, doubling their distance. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas in the sand set up for condo use, and there were plenty available all week. Front door to toes in sand is maybe 30 seconds. Even though it's on the ground floor, there is still a beautiful view of the water. We had some friends with kayaks, and we just pulled the boats onto our porch instead of lugging them all the way back to the garage. Very, very convenient. There's plenty of room for teenagers to find space in multiple sitting areas, and the furnishings are clean and modern. The master suite is huge. We hung out on the screened porch all the time. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance, and a (comparatively) cheap food truck at the end of the road. There's a small convenience store a few minutes walk. We rented a car locally at the recommendation of our hostess and the price was way lower than any online options I looked into. The condo is not "out of the way" by any means - you can walk down the beach to any number of resorts/restaurants, but a car is necessary to get to the main grocery store and the shopping district. A couple of folding beach chairs and a cooler, maybe a few beach toys, would have been convenient for visiting other beaches, but that's a fairly minor quibble. Grace Bay on the whole is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay at this fantastic condo again. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful condo right on grace bay with a front seat to every gorgeous sunset and about 50 feet to the beach. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of space, clean, new modern appliances, beach chair set up and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again. Carolina was very welcoming and attentive. Just heads up that there is only one working tv in the living room (none in bedrooms none in bedrooms) and Wifi is spotty but can be unpredictable on windy days on the island. Compared to other condos, this provides a less crowded and peaceful option right on Grace Bay. We will be back!

This condo has it all! Located just steps away from the beach, it has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a lovely screened in patio, and convenient access to the pool. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend!

WARNING.......Leaving this gorgeous condo and property will cause severe depression, loss and regret! I’m not exaggerating when I say this may be my favorite family vacation ever! My wife and I are both in our late 50's and our babies are 26 & 24 respectively. Both of them have been doing "real life" working full time since graduating from college and were ready for some R & R. This is the perfect vacation for people who don't like being around crowds. The Grandview is a small 18 condo property that feels very private and exclusive. We never used the front door; the apartment's patio opens right up to the pool and hot tub. A further 30 second walk gets you to the whitest sand beach and clear bluest waters you have ever seen! We watched the sunset every single night, even my antsy 24 year old Son stayed……he even read a book :). We stocked up with breakfast, snacks and booze at the nearby market. For dinner, we walked to a different restaurant every night which worked out great because I didn’t rent a car. The Condo pictures don't do it justice, it was way nicer than we anticipated. We aren't a very picky family, having comfortable beds, air conditioning, working WIFI and a coffee maker are our basic necessities. However, we are now spoiled thanks to Ajay and Carolina who were very responsive and helpful. We hope to return soon.

First floor condo had us feeling like we owned the place. Squeaky clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ajay was very accommodating. Even printed and delivered some docs for a scuba trip. Perfect.
