Rooms are spacy and with a real good separate launch place and a good size table to work. Bathroom modern. Nice and modern Gym and Pool. Clean - modern - friendly staff

it is a neat, clean and modern hotel, the staff is doing its best to settle in as it is only 4 months since opening.

just be patient as a few things are not as it should be, they will soon be at Hyatt standard. funny example: the barman didn’t find the corkscrew and needed to get one from his car.

The beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast, when not too busy, was great.

The hotel needs to communicate with Uber to get the hotel recognised on its system. The service elevator needs some maintenance as it was making a loud 'squeaking' noise that could be heard in the rooms (late at night and early morning). House Keeping did not leave any handsoaps or little bottles of moisturiser - we had to ask for them and they didn't always appear. STAFF NEED TO CHALLENGE GUESTS WHO ARE ENGAGED IN ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR: GUESTS WERE WALKING AROUND THE LOBBY/BREAKFAST AREA WITH NO SHOES IN BARE FEET AND PUTTING BARE FEET UP ON THE SEATS.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! The location is great and there were many restaurants and shops nearby!
