Super très propre et le système est très bon La dame met la clé dans un digicode et vous prenez votre clé pour accéder à votre chambre. Très propre au point de vue chambre et salle de bain . Tout était nickel

Nice big modern room, comfy bed and modern bathroom. The shower gel and soap smelled amazing. We could park our car for free until 9 am just around the corner.

Getting to the top floor with a luggage was quite a challenge: the stairs are quite steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. Also we couldn't get the tv to work, only youtube and netflix.

The rooms are badly isolated. Neighbours on both sides were very noisy and kept us awake.

We were on our honeymoon just passing by, we liked the blue light in the room and the coffee / tea table being filled. Cleaning staff was quite nice. Bef was big and comfortable. We had netflix at least. Close to downtown, the train /bus station, and places to eat.

not a very safe neighborhood at night. A few drunks, junkies and homeless in the park around (to go to the station and restaurant) . The fire alarm started to ring during the night(2am) for about an hour because some morons were smoking in their room. The next couple of nights another moron was all drugged and hallucinating screaming all over the place during the night. The bathroom has very poor ventilation. The kitchen was messy and with water all over the floor (I assume it's teenagers that weren't taught how to clean a kitchen after using it). The staff threw away our food in the fridge because we put it in a different number box( because ours was full of fungi it was quite disgusting). Not recommended for quiet couples or families quite a noisy place.

The price was cheap, room was clean, instructions for the self checkin were very simple and clear.

Some dirt on the walls, minor damages in the room. But nothing major, been quite acceptable, especially considering the good price. I don’t have any complaints.

Great value for money. Comfortable rooms, good location.

Road is busy, which doesn't allow sleeping with a window open. But that is a personal preference. The windows block the traffic sound well if closed.

I had the room with a balcony. Air condition unit was on the wall, and to much noise all along. Not close to city center. No elevator, narrow stairs.

Some room are noisy, bath products could be improved, as coffee! No lift.

Very comfortable beds nearby the station of Namur. Good value for money. Instructions where given very clearly as well.

Keep in mind, there are only large staircases available and no elevators If you have lots of luggage. No nearby food options (5-10min walk)

Location was good, staff-less check-in was pleasant, but also gave a somewhat cold impression. Rooms were nice.

No restaurant or option for breakfast, one of our rooms wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Rooms were a bit noisy and the balcony was full of cigarette buds. Also the building is undergoing construction, so that looks a little off.

TV, coffee machine and water cooker didn't work, probably fuse broken. I sent mail but got no response.
