La ubicación

El trato que nos dio el personal, llegamos a las 7,30 de la tarde y en el lugar donde nos indicaron para recoger la llave no había nadie, el número de teléfono indicado para llamar nadie respondía ,llamamos mil veces .Acabamos en la oficina de policía que nos ayudaron a encontrar a la dueña . La amabilidad de los policías de este pueblo fue infinita(me llevaron en el propio coche de policía . Es un grave error no responder al teléfono de contacto facilitado para cualquier incidencia

The slopes/trails are really close to the flat, basically a couple of meters. Great location, basically in the center. The apartment was clean.

The garage door does not close all the way. There remains about a 10 cm gap. There was only just enough of plates and cutlery for each of us. We needed to wash them after every meal. The kitchen is huge but the cabinets are basically empty. We were missing one set of blankets and towels. I called the owner late at night when we realized this, and she only could give it as next morning. There were no soaps at all, none in the 3 bathrooms. Ofc no shower gel either. We had like 10 capsules for 7 people for 3 nights for the coffee machine.

Location right next to the Bike Park / Ski Lift Schladming is amazing, we could literally just bike 100m to the lift and bike off the trail to the apartment. It also has a nice little grass area out front.

It smelled of smokers so that is really not great (we had kids who also noticed that). It has a "Cellar/Kellar" feel to it (it is the bottom/ground floor), so its not so cosy at all. It is certainly overpriced for what it is. There was no bike storage (no key available for the ski room(hut)), so the mountain bikes had to go inside the apartment which was uncomfortable to do and to have them inside. A small detail only, but it was annoying trying to cook eggs in a pan with no egg spatula so you have to flip eggs with a spoon, for the price you would expect all basic kitchen utensils to be there. Someone turned up but they were an employee just coming to collect the money.

Perfect location, really close to the city centre and the Planai Gondola.

Super location, near town center. Walking distance to the market. Schladming-Dachstein card included.

App should have induction cookware. Better air ventilation in wc.

Fantastic view from the garden. Just like on postcard .

Perfect location with amazing view from the balcony, staff was friendly and helpful

- The 4th room with the bunk bed is really small and fully separated from the other 3 rooms (1 apartment feeling is missing for a bigger family) - Freezer is missing from the kitchen and the fridge is too small for 7 adults with a baby - The floor wasn’t clean enough when we arrived to the apartment - Drain clogging in the common bathroom

A vwry kind lady helped us, clean rooms, well located, tourist cards as a gift. Highly recommended!
