Appartement calme et idéalement situé
Pour la 3ème fois, nous avons la chance de passer une semaine de vacances à Cannes dans cet appartement de bon standing avec une belle terrasse. L'immeuble est calme, proche de la mer. Nous séjournons avec notre enfant polyhandicapée et l'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour son déplacement en fauteuil. Nous recommandons cette location. L’accueil est toujours très convivial.

Parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine au centre de Cannes: tout est accessible à pieds et suffisamment loin de la Croisette pour gagner en calme. Piscine et climatisation fort appréciées! Litterie et serviettes fournies.

Very clean, large 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Comfortable beds, both indoor and outdoor dining tables. We ate mainly on the balcony. Kitchen with all the basics for cooking. Large Supermarket just around the corner about a ten minute walk to the beach. Lovely pool in the grounds.

It is ideally situated; quiet yet close enough to walk to shops, beach etc. We did not want to need to drive on holiday - this was perfect. The owner was co-operative and very helpful as we were planning for our stay; it was lovely to meet him by chance while we were there.
We arrived late at night so used a taxi from Nice airport. During our stay we learned that there is a regular bus service to the airport. We used this for our return- much cheaper! It took about the same time too. We are all hoping to return to Cannes some time and would definitely book this apartment again.

Appartement très agréable
Appartement très bien situé, près des commerces, de la croisette, de la gare. On a pas besoin de voiture.
Il est très ensoleillé. La literie est confortable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour à Cannes. Espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday
The apartment is clean spacious and modern with a large outdoor balcony and a smaller 2nd balcony both getting plenty of sun throughout the day. There are shops a couple of minutes walk away, the train station is 5 minutes away and the seafront 10 minutes away on foot. The apartment is in a quiet part of town but it is quick to be in the hustle and bustle of the town. We used public transport to visit Antibes grasse Monaco and hired a car for a couple of days and there is parking available with the apartment if you have a car. However this is a holiday which can be done without a car if you prefer.
The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with and the on site agent is also very helpful friendly and positive.
Definitely recommended.

Comodo, pratico e pulito....
Siamo stati in questo appartamento in 6 persone per 5 notti a gennaio 2014.Ci siamo trovati benissimo. E' situato a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalle vie dello shopping. E' molto grande con tre camere da letto doppie, 1 bagno completo con vasca e doccia, un wc separato, 1 bagno con lavabo e doccia.Una cucina fornitissima con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, un salotto ampio con una bellissima terrazza, un tavolone ovale, divano e 2 poltrone.C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare 2 auto nel seminterrato raggiungibile con l'ascensore. La zona è molto tranquilla. L'appartamento luminoso sebbene piovesse e molto pulito, fornito di tutto. La signora che ci ha accolti non parla l'inglese ma capisce l'italiano e risponde in francese.La vacanza è stata più che soddisfacente e questo appartamento ha contribuito.....peccato che il tempo non sia stato bello.Lo consiglierei a tutti.

We had a brilliant week’s holiday at the end of August 2011. The apartment was really comfortable (air conditioned) and felt very secure. You needed your key for the two outside doors, and an elevator PIN code before arriving at the door of the apartment on the third floor.
The apartment was in a great location, away from the main hustle and bustle, yet only five minutes walk from the train station, which is very handy when visiting around the area (we didn’t have a car, though there’s a garage if you have one). The centre of Cannes, Palais des Festivals, and beaches were all close by just a few minutes beyond the station. We felt very safe walking around in the day and in the evening.
As a family, we prefer to self-cater and were delighted to find not only an Intermarché supermarket but also a Picard, a freezer supermarket with great quality food, both at the end of the road a minute or two away. There are also daily markets close by to buy fresh produce.
The apartment was spacious and very clean and well equipped, with a great entertainment centre (DVDs, a wide selection of TV channels and an iPod dock we used all the time). We had all of our meals on the balcony, which is a good size and a great place to relax. We made good use of the well-appointed swimming pool too. A big thank you to the very helpful and friendly owner, Mathias, for a hugely enjoyable stay. All in all, thoroughly recommended!

De 1e week van mei 2011 waren we met 7 personen in Cannes.
We hebben een geweldige week gehad, mooi, ruim en schoon appartement met een centrale ligging. We werden ontvangen door een vriendelijke franse "agente" (beheerder) van het appartementencomplex.De ligging was perfect dichtbij het strand en en boulevard en geschikt om uitstapjes te maken.Leuke restaurantjes en winkels in Cannes, we hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad.

This property is in a very good location within minutes from the Criosette. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the maintenance. Very secure with parking which is a plus for this city. Overall we highly recommend this place.

Francoise , the concierge, was an excellent help as was the owner Mathais, who was very helpful through the whole process.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and we will be very happy to use it again in the future.

Fantastic -the website is true!-The description and photographs of the apartment are very accurate but there is a wow factor when you open the front door. It is very modern ,clean, spacious airconditioned apartment with a fantastic balcony and pool. We had read all this on the website but it still exceeded our expectations.
You do get the sense of entering a luxury block of apartments because of the security,marble construction and cleanliness.
It is a slow short walk (6-8 minutes) to the railway station and then a short walk (6-8) minutes to the beach through the shopping centre.
We ate out and walked home at 9-10pm and felt perfectly safe.
Francoise , the concierge, was an excellent help as was the owner Mathais, who was very helpful through the whole process.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and we will be very happy to use it again in the future.
