Не беше добре почистено, тоалетната чиния течеше, кухненски бокс са едни монтирани шкафове, чаршафите се наложи да ги сменят, защото не бяха добре изпрани; обявения частин паркинг е тротоара срещу хотела; на етажа на т.нар. апартамент нямаше WI-FI; имаше много непочистени паяжини; водата в банята няма добро налягане и ако някой от долния етаж си пусни чешмата, си оставаш насапунисан за няколко минути;

Good location in the old town. Close to the Greek border. Easy parking. Pleasant view from the balcony. Spacious room. Evening meal was adequate and good value. Breakfast makitsi was good.

Poor WiFi which only worked well in the mehana. Bathroom could have been cleaner - porcelain was clean but taps etc were not.

A nice little hotel. Basic facilities but that's what the cost reflects. Didn't make it for breakfast butt he dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Easy walking distance to old town.

It could be alright if the stay rate offered is lower than the other alternatives. The rooms were spacious.

You have to put some efforts to improve your guests experience. It was not clean (worn out bed sheets with strange smell) and definitely needs refurbishment. No mosquito nets on the balcony doors. In the top floor apartment you could feel the smell from the restaurant absorber and the loud noise of AC mounted on the roof. No view of the old town. Sadly, like in many other places in Zlatograd and the region, you go there to experience traditional food and end up being served artificial honey syrup and cheap cheese from the big retail store served on dirty table cloths.

Location is good - close to the old town. The owner was able to accommodate my request.

The property doesn't maintain payments by credit card - all payments in the restaurant and at the hotel are cash only. The hotel should put more pictures on the actual rooms and inform the guests about the type of additional beds. In my case, the additional bed was not appropriate for older kids (16yr). When I booked my room, I declared the age of my child but I was told by the owner that I should have considered my child as an adult (eventhough booking.com has an age limit of 18 yr for children). Also, we were given an apartment with not finished bathroom (the shower just had a base with no walls or curtains). More accurate pictures of what you are getting when booking could help make a better decision.

Central location, beautiful hotel and nice views, in house restaurant (I didn’t try it but it’s a bonus to have if you need it.)

Got the suite with “kitchen” which is practically non existent- just cupboards and a sink- not a single accessory, knife, fork, plate, kettle, microwave, etc - I travelled w/ a small baby and booked specifically because I needed the kitchen.. front reception had a lovely person & she did offer to give me cutlery/plates which I had to carry up on my own, and warmup water for me if I needed it which is somewhat ridiculous to count on late at night or in the middle of the night when trying to feed a baby..but at least she offered. I was so madly upset over this but managed somehow. Also no elevators. (apt was on top floor) And no credit card machine.
