J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner dans beaucoup d’hôtels, mais je dois dire que celui ci fait de loin partie de mes préférés ! Je ne sais sincèrement pas ce qui lui manque afin de lui attribuer une 5e étoile. Le service était parfait, la chambre de haut standing, les prestations poussées et le personnel absolument adorable.

Eines der charmantesten und bestgeführtesten Boutiquehotels das wir kennen. Das gesamte Hotelkonzept hat uns wirklich überzeugt. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Atmosphäre. Kleiner feiner Pool im Innenhof des villenähnlichen Gebäudes. Einrichtung wirklich gelungen und durchdesignt bis zum Frühstücksgeschirr Im hoteleigenen Argentinisch-franz. Restaurant haben wir viel besser gegessen als in den umliegenden Lokalen, man kann es nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, die Zutaten sind von sehr guter Qualität. Die Zimmerausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Im Gegenteil : es gibt ein Geberit Aqua Clean WC was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir würden nie auf die Idee kommen in Narbonne irgendein anderes Hotel auszuwählen, denn es könnte nicht besser sein. Grosses Kompliment an das Team und die Eigentümer.

This is the best boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Staff are kind, friendly and very professional. The hotel and room decor is stunning, with a lovely ambiance. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed, there’s a minibar, and the shower is great. Loved the outdoor space with plunge pool too. In a great location, a short stroll to shops, restaurants and the market.

I really enjoyed myself at Hotel Le Mosaique. It's such a beautiful location. I really appreciated the thoughtful concierge and the excellent restaurant. I hope to return.

The hotel is very very tasteful and comfortable, the room was just amazing and the staff very friendly. We really enjoyed the restaurant as well!

Breakfast was a la carte, and a bit less professional than the evening staff.

Great location and beautifully presented. it felt reassuringly comfortable as you walked through the gates.

As with so many French hotels, my bedrooms was like a match box in size with nowhere to open my suitcase comfortably and unpack. The window was so high up, I couldn’t see out of it, and had to stand on a chair in order to close the blind over it at night.

Very helpful staff, good location - short walk to the cathedral and other sights in Narbonne. Nice restaurant in the hotel and plenty of eateries close by. Very good hotel and I would stay there again.

Renovated old building with an interesting mix of old and new inside. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Newly built hotel in a historic building. Small city place but it has it all, including and backyard with a small swimming pool. The restaurant is Spanish-inspired, and you can feel within the place the Argentinian owner

Very friendly staff and very willing to help. Really extremely welcoming. The cocktails were superb. The hotel was incredibly clean and very beautiful.

The bed was a little short. The breakfast marginally undercooked. Bit of a glitch at check out.
