We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The house was perfect for us - very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool was excellent - maintained every week. The house is close to grocery stores, shopping and the beaches. Our host, Rick, made sure we knew we could contact him if we needed anything.

The house was great and had everything we needed and more. We loved riding the bikes and playing corn hole. The beach chairs came in handy too! The only thing that could be better were the mattresses. They were very hard and we had a few sleepless nights until we got used to it but would still stay again!

To say this is our favorite place to stay is an understatement! I think this is the fourth or fifth time we stayed at this property and we absolutely love it. It is absolutely perfect for us. The pool and the outdoor living space is wonderful. It really is only one negative… we can’t stay long enough!!!!

This house was the best vacation home for our family. The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood called Palaco Grande. The house was very clean and well kept inside and out, the layout and space was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 teenagers. The host Rick was wonderful. He was accommodating and responded to our requests prior to our arrival which made it a stress free vacation. This house has all the essentials which was a plus since we traveled by plane. The host provided extra amenities if you are wanting to visit the local beaches. We were able to travel to Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Marco Island beaches with all the essentials for a day at the beach. You have access to the garage which was nice to be able to park in the garage on the hot sunny days. Our family favorite spot at the house was the outdoor living space. We enjoyed all our meals in this space and swimming in the screened in pool. Currently they are cleaning the pool on Tuesdays so we had it cleaned two times during our ten day stay. Thank you Rick for being an exceptional host, our stay was amazing which made a great vacation and memories to last a lifetime.

This house was a real find with three bedrooms, full of everything you need and a very nice pool at a reasonable price. The property was clean, ready for us and check in was very easy. There were only two of us, but the property can easily handle up to six people. The bathroom and shower were very very nice. The only caveat is that the toilets are very low and were a problem for us older seniors. It is a very nice location, with a number of restaurants close by and the Edison/Ford winter homes and museum was just across the bridge in Ft. Myers. The owner and handyman were very quick to respond to a few minor issues we encountered. This was a hot time of year and it was good to have access to a garage to keep our car out of the sun. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we highly recommend the property.

This is a very nice, clean, spacious, and well maintained home. We truly had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. (The pool and outdoor patio was a lifesaver for child entertainment)

The property (house, pool, neighborhood) provided a very comfortable stay for our family. House had everything we needed including bikes and pool toys. Wonderful restaurants were close by and the host was very responsive and helpful. Pool and lanai were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay and hope to come back.

The house was just as it was pictured. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and then some! It was chilly when we were there in December but we did get to enjoy the pool area quite a bit. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to walk around in. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

This is a very comfortable home with everything we needed. It was quiet, and the outdoor living space was wonderful with sun all day long. Within a short drive we could go to a small beach, an outdoors Farmer's Market, shops and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

We’re holidaying from the UK and this has been one of our best of many trips to Florida over the years. Villa was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Quiet, convenient location, lots of very good local restaurants, especially recommend Fins. (Which was recommended along with many others in the book in the villa). Extremely well stocked villa, everything you could need is there, beach towels, soap and even sun cream. Would definitely use again if back in the area. Only downside was we had to come home!

This house worked perfect for us! The lanai is beautiful. The table in the pool is amazing. We used it all day, whether I sat there with a drink watching the kids play in the water or we played cards with waterproof cards we brought with us. Having the 2 sitting rooms worked great for us since I have 2 kids who brought friends with. They were able to have separate areas to hangout when we were inside. The house is close to anything you could need & it is well stocked with kitchen items to extra beach towels. One suggestion I would give is having enough extra toilet paper , paper towels, garbage bags.

The house is perfect! Very well appointed kitchen, pool is great, loved being able to park in the garage to keep the car cooler, just a great house!! The hosts are amazing to message with. It was so nice after a 15 hour drive to come right in and start enjoying the pool and take a nap. If I were to build a house it would have this exact layout! The no stairs was a plus since I have a torn meniscus. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

This house is very beautiful. Lovingly furnished and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is in very good condition and the pool is also very nice. We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime and recommend it to others. The location is also very good. You can get to Fort Myers very quickly and you can also get to Sanibel, Captiva and Saint James very quickly. Naples is an hour's drive away. There is everything you need in the area. Various supermarkets, restaurant, snack bar, pubs and various shops. It is a very nice place to relax.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We especially enjoyed all the toys provide to use in the pool and bikes to ride in the neighborhood. The location is perfect for shopping and also had a great selection of restaurants close by. Our family looks forward to renting this property again in the near future.

This house felt like home as soon as you walk in. House was equipped w everything you need down to soap. We tried to replace things if we used it all that made the process so much easier so we could just hang out an visit this adorable town. We will be returning as soon as possible.

The house was superb !!!! Jim was not helpful to get the pool cleaned. Call Jim the 1st day that the pool needed to be cleaned,was told he would get somebody out there tomorrow, texted Jim the next day because no one showed up,Was told The pool company would come by the next day , low on manpower. The next day nobody showed up. texted Jim to let him know that they Did not showed up , No reply back from Jim. Left the next day at 10:15 AM.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Fantastic home!
We truly loved our stay at this location. Extremely clean house with all the amenities that you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was clean and well maintained and host provided many Pool toys. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals, all you had to do was supply the food. Even had a crockpot, coffee pot, toaster and blender. Host provided cleaning supplies and trash bags, and toiletries. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with bike paths to ride the bikes provided by the host. They also had all kinds of sand toys and a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. This has by far been the very best rental we have ever had with VRBO and we are looking forward to returning to this location next fall.

Lovely quiet neighborhood
We loved the location in Cape Coral. Close to numerous great restaurants, golf and water activities. We have family in Fort Myers and leaving bed how close to them this property was. Would rent here again.

It was so hard to leave!
Our family had a really hard time leaving this house. We were amazed on how well it was equipped and maintained. Everything was very clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Sue and Bruce taught of everything that adults and kids might need on hand in order to spend some unforgettable vacation in their property. For sure we will be booking only with them from now on. Those palm trees in the backyard and great pool - just a dream come true! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and amazing and relaxing time we had in Cape Coral!

We stayed with my family and a dog for a week, the house is very beautiful and clean, you have everything you need at the house. We enjoyed the pool and the bikes, also some fishing at the backyard waterfront

Our stay on Palaco Grande
This was our first time spending a month away and we have already booked for 7 weeks in this house next year. Waking up every morning for a walk down to the river. Coming home for a bike ride around the neighborhood, (with so many bikes to pick from) beautiful pool and beach time where some of my favorites. We loved the sunrises just down the street and sunsets at the Yachht Club beach. The house was wonderful and I was able to easily communicate with both Sue and Bruce. The house was filled with everything we needed. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at 1832 Palaco Grande Parkway. It was wonderful in every way, dorene and jim allen

Property is as advertised. We had a minor issue with finding the keys (had not been left in correct place), property manager was there immediately, after a few days, minor plumbing problem in kitchen, again, property manager addresssed/fixed quickly. Cape Coral is not a common destination for us, but, if we return to the area, would try to rent this property again. Besides being very clean, well furnished, (including kitchen ) the location makes for easy access to Fort Myers, Sanibel, etc.

Great holiday getaway!
This property was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, and beautiful pool and lanai area. Owners made sure we had five lounge chairs by the pool and five bikes to ride around the neighborhood so that none of us were left out. Wonderful getaway!

Baseball Tournament Getaway
The weather wasn’t very nice to us n the beginning. Tropical Storm ETA decided to rain on us a lot. But, the patio was a nice respit to listen the rain and read a good book. The home was very comfortable and very clean. The owners came over after the storm to make sure everything was okay. It is in a very nice neighborhood and convenient to stores and restaurants in the area. The tournament is an annual trip and we hope to stay here again.

Perfection, 10 Star Accommodations .
This home is as advertised. It is in a nice and very quiet neighborhood and the home is just what you see in the pictures. My favorite was the table in the swimming pool, a very nice way to end your day with a glass of wine and dinner in the pool. This home was very clean and supplies were available to wash clothing. I also loved the master bathroom with the two shower heads. There are bikes in the garage and the view of the outdoors from the living quarters is amazing. Best experience I have ever had when renting a home. Larsons, very well done!!
