Excellent hotel. The highlights are the comfortable beds and the Karoline breakfast. Not so good would be loud music on the weekend and sound from the tram in the mornings.

Nice stay, breakfast should have been better, overall good stay, but being a 5-star the experience should have been remarkable and even though it was good it left nothing extraordinary for our memories.
I feel the emails I wrote well ahead of my stay to prevent any discomfort should have been taken seriously, after the first night we had to change rooms due to some technical issue with the first assigmed room.

This hotel was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had a nice soaking tub and separate shower. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and staff was very hospitable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is an excellent location..many points of interest within walking distance and very close to tram and train to airport. Restaurants and shopping blocks away. Great front desk staff. Great linens, towels, etc.

Came in late at 9pm and was trying to book . The staff said unfortunately we cannot book you because the booking office is closed . So i told her its ok i will book thru third party and she looks like she was not happy abt it and even told me “ it takes a while for it to go thru” this staff never gave me option .We felt discriminated and helpless . Luckily we know other options . She needs to be trained more and possibly never judge a person and treat them equally .

Wonderful staff. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many fine hotels. The staff was exceptional, especially Marcus. Lovely amenities and beautiful condition and attention to detail in every way. Clearly management has very high expectations for top service, beautiful common areas and rooms, especially well done breakfasts, even the flower arrangements were special. Location good and parking was a breeze. We will definitely stay here next time we go to Oslo.

The hotel is mostly conveniently located in the downtown and just steps away from the National Theatre Station. Most of the tourist sights are within short walks from the hotel. The hotel room is new and clean and the bathroom is well equipped with utilities. Staff members are friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay in the hotel.

This hotel was in the best location! We walked and rode scooters everywhere and saw all of Oslo’s must see places. The train station was right across the street to get to and from the airport! The staff was so kind and helpful at every request. The breakfast was included and had so many options, was beautifully displayed, and delicious. We will absolutely be staying here again! 10/10 recommend

Our room was facing the Main Street and as such received all the noise (even during night) of the buses coming back and forth. Noise control windows are very much needed. On the positive side front desk service, and attention from all staff was great. Breakfast deserves a special call out: very good! Finally the hotel location is very central and has easy access to public transportation.

This was a quick stay from our way back to Switzerland from Bergen Norway. We were tired and just wanted a comfortable bed.
We took the airport train to this location. It was the fast train and we got to the hotel quickly. About a 5 mins walk from the train station. Easy.
The hotel front desk agent was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation we had upon check in (Danish man working in Norway). He was very welcoming to us. He also upgraded our room for us out of kindness and it was simply exquisite. We loved our hotel room so much that we stayed in for the rest of the day and ordered room service from the hotel, which was equally amazing. It was a memorable stay and would highly recommend it.
Will definitely stay here again when we return to Oslo for a longer stay.

The hotel experience was great. The location in excellent, The breakfast was acceptable. Their laundry charges were exorbitant. They also added 50 percent to laundry charges for yet to be explained reasons! Laundry cost for two tee shirts and a blouse was around $120. Be careful!

Beautiful and sophisticated boutique hotel in a convenient yet quiet area. Staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Hotel Continental again.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were the best we have ever used. The hotel is right downtown and close to all important things in Oslo. We have been all over the world and this might be our favourite one! Too bad we were only there for one night. It is pricey but for us worth it! My wife especially liked the brunch.

The Hotel Continental is a truly fabulous 5 star hotel. Staff are outstanding, the property is luxurious, the location is excellent, and breakfast…whether buffet or “to order” is great. The Hotel Continental exceeded expectations.
