Our sink in the bathroom had huge rust holes in it, the bathtub faucet was leaking a steady stream, the lower wall trim was falling off and had a hole showing. We will not be staying there again.

I put in one room and the room was full of red ants. I was put in another room but the room.smelled like smoke and it said no smoking room .

Our stay at the red roof was good. Our first rooms they gave us was connected to another room and they had a dog. But customer service was very nice and gave us another room. We will be coming back.

One of the rooms smelled and the other rooms bathroom ceiling has paint/plaster peeling/falling from it. The rooms were NO WAY SUPERIOR rooms. We also asked for more towels for each rooms because there are 3 people per room and we were told that they didn't have any towels available for use. I asked to be compensated and was told no and we could leave. I said that we were staying for our stay because the rooms were already paid for. Also the phones in the rooms didn't work.

The property was ok but there were too much noise. They let a motorcycle club take up the entire parking lot. They were raising the motor and playing loud music until after midnight.

It was what you would expect from a budget stop for one night. The women behind the desk were great, and that is always a plus. Bathtub needed some grout cleaning, and the extra lock on one of our rooms was broken, but otherwise just fine.

Went to take a shower when I arrived, there was dirt and looked like foot skin shavings on the side of the tub. I turned just the hot water on and it never reached barely above room temperature. It was cold outside and the heat inside of the room did not work. Not to mention the receptionist was on his phone my entire checkin and when I left two hours later bc it was too dirty to stay there.

Wasn’t a safe environment. A loud argument was happening next door and lots of strange vehicles coming and going as though there was possibly some drug dealings going on.

Horrible experience due to a party that lasted till 8 in the morning. They were loud and playing music, beer cans and bottles were everywhere. How are you suppose to sleep with all that noise. I told the staff which was an old man and he looked at me like it was nothing.
