The guy who checked me in provided little to no information. There were stains on the carpet and floors in the room and bathroom. The balcony was very dirty. No microwave in the room.

The hotel is nice and getting updated-was dissappointed there was no free coffee-every hotel has free coffee! Also no microwave! Who doesn’t include a microwave? And the air conditioner was so loud-it kept me up all night!

One night stay. Strip mall Marriott, convenient to tons of dining options but also a bit loud with street noise. Room was decent although it could use a freshening. Staff was attentive and professional.

This was my 7th time staying here in the last
16 months, the room was dingy and musty. Needed to ask for replacement towels as the ones in the room had stains in them. The smoke detector had a bag covering it. Outlet for phone charger did not work. Big crack in the granite counter top in the bathroom that could have cut someone. The bathroom vanity was pulling away from the wall and the light switch in the bathroom was also coming out of the wall. Over all very disappointed. I told the front desk and I was told that they would let engineering know.

The location was undergoing renovations. However, that is no excuse for the room being dirty. The staff was Kurt when requesting services or even just asking for additional towels.

A expensive generic beige hotel very much like many others. It’s shabby and tried appearance only offset by the polite warmth of the staff. Fine if you want to sleep, shower and leave.

I was there for a funeral, I was so grateful for the guy at the front desk for letting my granddaughter check in early. Very professional and friendly atmosphere

The property is under renovation, during the day there was loud construction noise in the room's. Also, the business center computers were locked down and were not usable. Had I known about the construction/renovation, I would not have stayed there.
The hotel is with in easy walking distance to a Buffalo Wild Wings, a McDonalds, and a CVS drug store. Easy access to I95 and major roads. The pool area was nice.

The property is under construction. But the trance wall is filthy, walkway n era to be power washed. Even though there is an IHOP in the parking lot, there was not even complimentary folds water or coffe to drink. Every hotel has something to offer, and it makes you feel like all they want is your money. The experience was poor and this is disappointing for an Marriott property and I think I will stay at Best Western or Hilton going forward.

This property is surrounded by a flurry of restaurants and shopping. It’s just a short drive to the beach as well. The property seemed a bit dated, but we were told at check-in that renovations were underway (which I hope also includes an update to the HVAC because the system was very loud). Nonetheless, my family enjoyed the pool and on-site amenities. Every staff member we encountered were very nice and accommodating.

The room was filthy! My phone fell behind the bed and when I pull it out a bit. No had vacuum in years behind the bed. The carpets you can tell are very old.

The pictures made it seem like a decent hotel, but when I got there the hotel looked old, and the hallways dark and eerie. The shower curtains were old and falling apart, and I basically just couldn’t wait to get up the next morning and leave.

I stay here all the time but this was the worst the room wasn’t clean and had bugs the refrigerator in the room wasn’t working and wasn’t cleaned out

Balcony was small and didn't work(sliding door wouldn’t open). Sofa chair was old and ripped up on lower arm rest park … Hallways carpeting was old and stained up .. needs a deep cleaning

The property is walking distance from restaurants and stores and the mall . Cinemark Boynton Beach theater.
Not to mention the beach is only a few minutes away.

My room was filthy. Thick dust on lamps . Headboard & mirrors had yes handprints When I plugged in my phone the entire outlet came out . My sheet had a rip in it . A bistro ? One table and a few chairs never saw the pool .In the bathroom there was something that splashed against the wall. Management was going to handle talking to you because I couldn’t get through to customer service . Waiting for a Full refund ! Nice place when I was in mourning!

Room was not as photos. Bed sheets had red stains. Bathroom had grime. No garbage bags. Housekeeping was supposed to clean our room and they didn’t take out garbage or change sheets. They just covered the bed in the same dirty ones

The Internet was down and that’s OK but then my television wouldn’t let me go in. It was later the day the engineer said that it was very late that he was gonna have them give me a discount as to discount. It was busy so I just called him and they told me that I had to go through Expedia. I’m having problems getting a hold of you guys, the automated phone is driving in circles. I stayed there the first night. It was fine. The second night was horrible. The first night had a lot of hair in the tub. I brought it up. Make a big deal about it, but I want my money back.

The staff were awesome!! The room was very nice and comfortable. The carpet on the fourth floor needed a good cleaning, but in all fairness, some of the mess may have been done recently before our visit. The hotel is conveniently located near quite a few restaurants and shops. Nice up to date gym as well. Will return soon.
