This is an old building that is slowly deteriorating. The first floor has wooden hallways where the wood is sticking out and up. The walls in the room i was staying at were crumbling down near the window. The AC in the rooms are very old give off a very strong humid smell. The staff were very hospitable. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it were an emergency.

Great place to stay. Clean But what makes it great are the employees!! The front desk has the best, most friendly girls around.

Room was OK, but generally aging, and carpet torn. Food was good. Bed comfortable. Hall carpet need cleaning badly.

Other than the front desk employee who checked us in she was friendly and helpful! everything at the hotel was run down, broken, & dirty. Carpet was stained everywhere and it had had an unpleasant odor in the hallways and elevator. The housekeeping staff was rude, the shower head sprayed water everywhere outside of the bathtub, There was a large mold spot in the bathroom and a spot next to the bed. I would not recommended this hotel for families.

First night I found an enormous puddle of water surrounding the air conditioner. Reported it and after two days, nothing was done. None of the electrical outlets were accessible and the microwave was not functional. Couldn’t check the outlet because it was barricaded behind the dresser/TV stand. Day two, I woke up covered in ants.

Love it it is around a lot of food, places, and like 5 minutes away from the beach

Multiple rooms were under construction which started around 8am. Not ideal for a vacation. The hallways smelled like weed and poor lighting. The breakfast was plentiful and stocked well. Beds comfortable.

I reserved a room with a king bed and pull out couch because there were 4 people in the room and what I got was a smaller room with a king bed. My 2 kids had to sleep on the floor because the hotel was full. The amount of people was listed on my reservation and yet house keeping left us 1 towel and 1 hand towel. There were no extra blankets or pillows either. When I went to talk to the person at the front desk, who was very nice, they didn't have any towels because they were all in the dryer and she could only give me 1 extra blanket. The bathroom smelled like mildew and the lock for the bathroom door was on the outside. Housekeeping was extremely rude to us. Every time they saw us they kept asking us if we were leaving. The sink kept getting clogged and would not drain at all. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all and were lumpy. Worst sleep of my life. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel is extremely dirty! First room the door looked like it had been busted open and the door wouldn't lock, 2nd room the bathroom was disgusting and looked like there was blood dried up. Third room was much better, hallways smelled horrible. We were still so grossed out we decided not to stay the whole night and drove home.

My room did not smell clean and the air conditioner barely worked. The reason for me going there was because my A/C at home went out. The bed was very uncomfortable too. Just a bad night all together. Should of saved my $100

I booked a first floor room because I had dogs they didn’t have that available so we had to stay on the second floor. The tv had a big black spot on the bottom of the screen where it looked like someone hit it. The ironing board fell off the wall cause it looked like it wasn’t fixed correctly. The toilet struggled to flush. The shower was nice the room was clean the ac was a little loud. My key cards didn’t work so I had to go get new ones which is normal for any hotel they all suck. Over all for the money I spent for the room I couldn’t have excepted more. Workers were all friendly the pool was clean. It is super close to the beach which was perfect. Lots of great food around. We went to twisted tuna I highly recommended. I would stay again because the benefits out weigh the negative. We slept in so we missed breakfast but it did smell great.

The staff were so helpful after a very trying beginning to my trip. The room was good; firm bed and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. My only suggestion would be to have AC in the elevators.

Left property one day early, 4 days and both ice machines down. They cut off water when I was at taking shower when tried to call front desk phone was dead. Sent son to report covered in soap

Staff is very nice, the first room we got had the air conditioner broken and they had to move us to another room. The second room had a weird smell but overall was ok.

Pros: The location is very close to my son’s home which is great. The rate is reasonable for So Fl! Front desk staff is very friendly. The cons: low water pressure, bathroom mirror isn’t bright enough, hallway rugs need cleaning or to be replaced!

Dated.. notice the guest rooms doors need work done. Rugs need to be clean. Elevator sounded scary when riding from one floor to another.
