Excellent hotel with great amenities

Well I slept well the air conditioning unit was pretty quiet but when I checked in I was hit with a $16 parking fee which I had no knowledge of prior to coming I think that this is nickel and dining customers not happy

Great place to stay for Channel Islands trip

The property was in immaculate condition. The dining area/bar area was awesome and across the street was in and out unbeatable.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean environment.

There was a very loud and rambunctious group that made noise until the late hours and overran the pool, jacuzzi, koi pond and patio areas. There was no room for anyone else while they were there. The hotel accommodated them. There was no consideration for smaller family parties. The large group made a terrible mess at the pool and the mess remained there through the next day. Hotel did nothing to clean up after them. The breakfast was pricey, same stuff you get free at a Best Western.

Rude staff, gave me the wrong room then tried blaming it on me-until I showed them the reservation. Room service link in room didn’t work so I called the front desk. The lady at the front put me on hold, so I eventually called back. When they answered, the lady was intentionally rude and transferred me to a voicemail. I went up front to straighten things out and ultimately to cancel my room. At first they refused to give me any kind of receipt showing the credit card charge was cancelled, until after about 20 minutes of back and forth with the “controller” who said he needed to redact it because it has proprietary information. I challenged him saying that any time a credit card is swiped, the consumer is entitled to some form of record showing the transaction. About 15 minutes later, he came out of his office with my receipt. The hotel looks nice, but I wouldn’t go back. They also said that there was no manager available when I asked, which doesn’t seem right.

Close location to beach, pretty exterior, and nice views on my birthday. Multiple teams of girls softball teams were staying at the hotel and we're unruly, crawling on floors, tables, yelling, and overall completely unacceptable behavior in lobby, pool, and other public areas. Parents did NOTHING to keep the girls in order and should be ashamed of their conduct on all levels. Detracted from our vacation experience tremendously. :((

I liked that the room was clean as well as the overall property. I didn't like that the overhead shower was not working. Also, I booked this room through Expedia and I was told that free parking and breakfast were included. But I was surprised to learn that this wasn't so. Hotel staff were not willing to make an exception since I was mislead and they simply told me to take it up with Expedia. Sometimes, you need to make exceptions to create good will and repeat customers

Ticks crawling up the wall on my check out day. Shower drain was very slow & hair that was not mine was left when it drained.
