Best check in ever! Maurice assisted me at check in, and he was amazing. I was a little distracted because Santa was checking in at the same time with the lovely young lady who was also working. They were both fun and engaging while at the same time prompt and professional. The entire stay was very pleasant. It was a bit noisy from the traffic, but it's a reasonable trade off for the proximity to D Springs.

The room was fine but found a roach the first night. Thought it to be a fluke but the next night saw 2 left the next day. Notified the front desk . Actually only slept there did not eat there or do anything else.

This location is always perfect for a Disney vacation. Proximity to the parks is perfect, and the rooms and property are ideal at the price point.
One note though: the beds are rock hard and super uncomfortable!

There was no security at the hotel dispute them claiming the car park was monitored, when challenged they removed the fee for parking- all cars had a copy of the Koran on their car , how did this happen if the car park was monitored ? The room was unclean , smelly and in disrepair- they changed our room

Interior of halls were below standards for Marriott smelt unpleasant. Rooms need update. Overall staff was very pleasant but unfortunately our room got skipped over the one day and we arrived after along day at the disney park with unmade beds and no towels.

Super quiet, clean and convenient hotel. The staff, especially Lisa, was so friendly. We enjoyed some wine at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with her. Our room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

At check in I was told them at parking on the property was 21, I told the attendant one of my reasons for selecting this hotel was that there was no parking fee. I also had to come down as my key card did not work. The written number on the card was 227 or 229 I tried both rooms and both were wrong. When I go back down the attendant said it was 224. When I took a shower the tubs drain seemed to be clogged as the water stayed still. Beside that location was good.

During check in, receptionist failed to mention parking was not free but still asked if we had a vehicle parked on site and proceeded to give us a parking pass. The day of check out, a paper was slide under our door saying my card would be charged $40 for parking. Hotel lobby had a wonderful scent but the rest of the hotel did not. Other than that, the stay was ok

At check-in they ran my card twice, charged me twice and phoned our room the next morning asking for my card again! The beds are terrible and really need to be replaced, air condition was not cooling properly and made all kinds of racket so it was very difficult to sleep. Restaurant/Bar was not open at times that were listed. Housekeeping personnel was super nice and helpful.

Unexpectedly, self-parking fee was charged for 240USD for 4 stays per family. Coffee maker was not good condition. Stand light was too old to use. Walls were not clean. Explanation of hotel was not adequate. Especially parking fee complaints were happened from other family as well.
