This extremely dated property is in dire need of a total gut renovation. From the forest of plastic flowers and trees in the lobby to the “1980s” decor, peeling wallpaper, inoperative phones, depressing breakfast room and lack of staff or amenities, it is time to shut down and completely start over.

This property is being renovated but it did not affect our stay. The rooms are generous and serviced daily. Location is convenient for all of Westchester County and the breakfasts are more than adequate. This is the fourth year in a row we’ve stayed here and continue to think it’s the best option in the area.

I like the location of the property, but the property itself was rundown. They are doing renovation, but you know there’s geeks in the ceiling wallpapers peeling off just the shape of the property was in poor condition. The beds were terrible.

The check in person was friendly, parking and access to the room was easy. Breakfast was good, I do love a hotel waffle. The only downside is the room was looking a bit tired and aging. However, it was clean and quiet!

The Comfort Inn staff was very nice and rooms clean (clean bathrooms are a must). Nice beds and bedding and breakfast was good. Our view was a beautiful green mountainside. Our requests for rooms’ proximity and floor choice were met. Price was on the high side for the area, especially as decor is dated.

The hotel is dated. The room smelled musty and the AC was on automatic. I could not control any aspect of it and I was FREEZING all night. That said, the facilities seemed clean and the staff were friendly. It was just a one night stay for business and was adequate but I would not stay again.

This is a simple but very comfortable and clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are particularly large and spacious. Bathrooms have been recently updated with easy to use showers and facilities
The decor is dated in ambience but still attractive and very clean. Breakfast is ordinary but coffee is good and choices are adequate. It’s possible to eat a healthy breakfast.
Easy parking. Family type restaurants close by.
Lobby is small, not a place for gatherings.

Had a inch and a half tall cut stone threshold going into bathroom that is very sharp, cut my foot bad at 2 o’clock in the morning walking to bathroom

Service was very friendly. Room was extremely dated and overpriced. TV was quite old, bed was fairly lumpy, ironing board wouldn't close and the iron was attached with a security loop (never seen that before). Just not what I would have expected for the price.
