Disappointing room decor, very noisy, breakfast not great, free parking doesn’t compensate for everything else. Lorry parked outside starting up at 6am was annoying

This was our 5th night in Europe and the receptionist was the most unfriendly out of all. Check out was a lot friendlier.

Hotel was fine - big rooms. Bar & restaurant closed early on Friday due to lack of staff which was annoying.

No bathroom amenities, shower was substandard, no minibar. No restaurant food available (except readycook pizza). Staff and facilities are mercure unworthy

Quite disappointing for a Mercure - more like an Ibis-standard hotel. Room was very basic - vinyl flooring, average bed and there was no fridge or air-conditioning, even though this had been advertised. The restaurant was not available in the evening (they seemed to have a small function on) but we were teased by the fact that delegates seemed to be enjoying a delicious meal whilst we had to visit a local supermarket to get some bread and cheese to eat by the pool. The outdoor pool was most welcome (we had driven from Lille in France that day and had been caught in a lot of delays). Fortunately it was only an overnight stop

Adequate for a one night stay whilst travelling through Germany. Slightly dated decor. Friendly reception staff. Both bar and restaurant shut due to Corona (possibly can’t keep social distance?) but breakfast available @ €16 per adult, but we didn’t opt to take it. OK for the low price.

The hotel is well situated to cross the border into France and travel back to the UK. The area is quite run down however there is a petrol station very close by. The hotel itself looks very tired and dated. The rooms look well worn, Although the bathroom was very bew looking. The bed was a standard, cheap hotel bed. The advert says air con but it is centrally controlled which isn't much use!! The breakfast is served at the moment. It was a good size but didn't taste great, especially for the price.

Quick overnight stay enroute to Stuttgart. The hotel is clean, convenient and straightforward. There’s plenty of parking, quick check in and the rooms are a good size. Layout and bathrooms a little dated, but everything is in good order.

Stayed here before and the hotel was perfect for us.Superb Italian across road to rear of hotel. Car park is reasonably big and free!

Convenient location near A6, friendly team. Good size room with a comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Lighting could have been a bit better and shower over tub is a bit awkward in my opinion.

No microwave, freeze. Air-conditioning not cooling enough.

The hotel was nice however the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the room.The pool wasnt clean and when I complained I was advised that the pool cleaning staff dont work on Saturday or Sunday and it was Sunday late afternoon. I do have to say that a member of staff then went out to clean the pool but by the time they were finished the pool wasnt in the sun and the moment was lost.

The staff was friendly when we arrived and was able to answer all our questions. English was fluent and there was no confusion. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very delicious and the prices were fair, the bartender was great company and quick to get refills and take orders. Parking was free and we believe the price was fair for the overall stay. Breakfast was expensive for a simple buffet, but that’s almost all of European hotels. We booked the hotel with the promise of AC and was told the facility controls it throughout the whole hotel themselves; it was cooler in the hallway than the room itself so we had to bring in our own fan just to feel comfortable enough to sleep. We enjoyed the cold temperature of the pool for it was very hot outside, however, it was full of leaves and bugs and the chairs were awkward to sit in and a little uncomfortable.

It’s a bit away from the restaurants and city services

WE loved everything about this hotel. We only wished that we could have spent one more night. The triple room was perfect for our needs and spotlessly clean and comfortable.
