The hotel appeared new. Landscaping, pool, dog park, lobby, breakfast and front desk was the best we have experienced during past stays at Hampton Inn’s.

Place was great. Been staying there for years and be coming back for many more.

The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The sheets and pillowcases were terribly scratchy. When I asked if they could send different sheets at 1am I was told to come get them myself as there was only one person on duty. Never got resolved. Awful night of barely any sleep.

We had a pleasant three night stay. Helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast offerings were very good - hot and cold.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and Gerardo was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was good except the fridge was not working and they were not able to fix during our stay otherwise we enjoyed everything. Always people cleaning and very helpful and polite

A new hotel, clean and comfortable with ample, well-lit parking and green space for our pet. I am a towel guy, and glad to see new towels on the property in good condition.

The room could have been cleaner. There was dust on light fixtures and stains on the sofa. The sheets were not soft. A random man came and wike me up knocking on the door in morning saying he was maintenence. I didn't request any maintenence and had the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk kinda just blew it off when complained. The area was pretty noisy as well.

From check-in to check-out, everything was great! Would definitely stay bere again. I even offered to buy the pillow!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was kept and how much less expensive it was compared to the hotel just down the street. In fact after having stayed at both hotels, I may never go back to the expensive hotel of which I have loyally supported for years. All the amenities are exactly the same.

Horrible Manger at this hotel. Tried to change my room to the next week due to the hurricane coming into FL and the manger would not allow me to change or refund me during a natural disaster. I was told the room rate had almost doubled to 497.00 when i booked for under 200.00 a night the previous week. I am reporting them to the state for price gouging and calling corporate to complain. Totally unprofessional of Hotels and Hampton Inn to not support a long-time customer.

Tried to change my reservation due to hurricane coming and a hotel would not change my reservation or refund me service will never stay at Juneau Hampton Inn again manager did not care to even try to resolve my situation or offer any assistance

Evacuated to this location during hurricane. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Isabel.

Pleasant and kid friendly. Hotel was clean, kids loved the pool and breakfast.
Isabel at the front desk was courteous polite and accommodating. We will definitely be back

No one called me to let me know my room was not available because of covid. I was there to relax in the jetted tub. They gave me a room for the same price( it was a cheaper room) she said it was a up grade. I was not happy, very disappointed. She said she can't change 3rd party prices. The room faced the main road, so it woke me up early with the traffic, not good. Very unhappy

Nice hotel. Door lock keys were a constant problem. Two doors 🚪 to unlock and they weren't working properly. So had to go to front desk 2 or 3 times.
