The room was very good for the price. It was spacious, high quality bed, decent wi-fi, microwave, and refrigerator. The only suggestion I have is that the morning maid service needs to be later for people who are staying. On Thanksgiving morning, she was knocking on the door at 8:30 A.M.

Good experience, room very clean.

Sink was clogged. Had worn out bathroom ceiling fan.

I needed a place to stay in the middle of nowhere and this was the closest place was a few miles from where I needed to be. Money spent for what I got and where I was. Five stars. Dollar General right next door and a gas station about a half mile down the road. Clean with a comfortable bed

Great stay for price. Bed comfy. Some upgrades and basic maintenance has been done. Some upgrades needed, but great stay for price.

I was in room 109, room was ok besides faint musty odor and cold hardwood floors. Bed is comfy and lots of TV options. However, it’s an old 2-story motel. The people above me were pacing back and forth, moving furniture non stop for hours. I couldn’t sleep and when I finally did, I was awake at 5am with the sounds. I couldn’t wait to leave at 6am. Motel attracts a non working class clientele. Spend the extra $20-30 to stay in Clayton GA.

Super quiet and super clean room and hotel. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again

Bed, TV, and housekeeping (apparently) were excellent. Shower did not drain well and needs attention. The back of the office building needs to be straighten up. View of it from the rooms is appalling. Overall, a good value and we’ll likely return but hope that that clean up that view from the front of the room.

Pool closed for the season, family lives on property-soiled mattress, timber, lying around the property as we walk up to the continental breakfast. Coffee machine very weak and this morning, 2 roaches above the door. Towels very flimsy. Price is very reasonable but you get what you pay for!

Facilities are being renovated. Other than that, for what we paid it was good

The mattress was old and left us with backaches. No dependable wifi… WiFi service should not be sketchy anymore in this country
4.0 / 5.0
Very outdated. Beds are awful if you have any sort of back issues. It felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline. The rooms are small and the sink and mirror is outside of the bathroom, literally a foot from the side of the second bed. Super awkward!! There would be a bit of a mountain view but good luck seeing anything out of that single pane scratched up piece of plexiglass they call a window. We originally had the double queen bed room but upgraded to the "suite". That room was much better, because the size literally doubled and the sink was where it belonged. But that set us back $120 for $79 worth of a room. I dont think they'd allow that pull-out bed to be used on prisoners in guantanamo as a torture device. I wouldn't wish that thing on my worst enemy. The property was peaceful and the guy at the counter was friendly. No roaches to speak of and the rats pretty well kept to themselves. FOUR STARS!

Nice clean comfortable room. Great location for our purpose. We didn't like the door lock was hard to lock, and I had to clean both air conditioner filters, because they were filthy!

Room smelled, just a older patched up hotel. Didn’t deserve the “very good” rating.

Reeks of smoke in a smoke free room. Extremely outdated and old. The outside appearance is way better than the inside.

Doing some renovations so it will be much nicer when they finish. Beds weren’t the best but not too bad for a short stay.

Overall, not a bad place for the price, but the rooms were definitely outdated and the view out the back window was less than desirable.

This was an old, but renovated, motel. Very clean room including clean beds/sheets, spotless bathroom, working fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beds very comfortable. The sink (vanity) was in the bedroom (like we've encountered in Europe), and its positioning in the room was slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and the light was good. No problem for us. I'd definitely recommend the place, but don't expect a high end Sheraton or Hilton.

When I booked our room, I asked for a handicap accessible room. I did not get one. We were not informed ahead of time that they were sold out. My 90 yr old mom had to climb 2 flights of stairs to our room. 3 People in our party yet only 2 sets of towels, but worst of all was the mattress- it was like sleeping on a brick! View from balcony was delightful but did not make up for the rest.

Please was clean but in need of updates in the rooms. Bathrooms are dated but were clean. Bedding was clean as well as entire room. Just needs to be more updated. Overall was pleased for a 2 night stay.

The king sized bed is very large and so far, pretty comfortable. There are 4 pillows on the bed, 2 per person so I guess that's reasonable but I think 3 each would be more comfortable for reclining with your back against the headboard a bit more. There is an ice machine on the property so that's a nice convenience. Unfortunately the vending machine with drinks was completely sold out. Fortunately there's a Dollar General store within walking distance from Inn. I couldn't tell if the pool is open for the season yet or not. It looked a little dirty when we walked past it. It's May though so it's possible they don't open it until memorial Day. The Dillard House Restaurant is only a short drive away so we had dinner there.
As other people have mentioned when reviewing this Inn, the layout of the location of the sink and mirror are facing towards the bed, on the other side of the wall from the bathroom. You have to leave the bathroom to go around the corner to the bed area to wash your hands in the sink. It's a rather odd set up but it's a very clean and clutter free layout. You're provided with the necessary amenities such as soap, a hand towel, a wash cloth, a rug and 2 towels. There is a TV with cable, a desk and rolling desk chair, a sitting chair, luggage rack, medium sized mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
The wifi doesn't offer a very strong signal but it's better than nothing. The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again.

An older motel, it appears that they're sprucing it up a bit: old mattresses and bed frames piled up in a corner of the parking lot indicate that some furniture is being replaced; the window on my room was papered over to protect the glass from overspray from paint. New vinyl flooring in my room and old carpet in my nephews' room suggest that flooring is being replaced, too.
Overall it was a fairly average older motel. Not awful, and not great.

Good location for our MC ride but old and not kept. Overall fine

The ceiling sounded like it was going to cave down on us whenever the person in the upper room walked around. The shower was excellent! The bed mattress was decent. The windows were covered with paper where they had been painting. Looks like they are repainting the building. Doors had gaps between frame and door. Breakfast consist of packaged donuts and muffins, coffee and corn flakes. No one was at the desk during checkout.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. No one greated while checking out. All in all, very nice. Would recommend staying again.
