Winnemucca is not a destination spot - it's a place you stay to break up a longer trip. This was our first stay at the Holiday Motel based on other travelers' reviews. We will stay here again! Although it was located on the main street , it was surprisingly quiet, clean, and well appointed. Plus, they allow dogs for a modest $15 fee. We didn't use the pool but it also looked inviting. We usually stay away from continental breakfast offerings, but this, too, was quite well done with a focus on individually wrapped items. I should also say this was about the fourth time we've stayed night in town. Holiday Motel was by far the best we've found.

Pleasant motel, clean, offered every thing we needed. Good information in room on hotel and local restaurants, etc. looked questionable from outside but rooms were outstanding.

When we drive up I went Oh No. but this little hotel went over and above every expectation. Great staff. Room was in good repair. Air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Room was quiet. Beds comfortable. I was surprised and pleased. Would definitely stay again.

One night on a road trip. We were able to safely park our trailer. Bed’s comfortable room clean. Can walk to restaurants. The free breakfast was great. Egg ham and cheese sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, bagels. And a peeled hard boiled egg in a plastic bag I took for the road. Very friendly staff. Will be back again!

This place is clean. A throw back to family road trip says and highway hotels. Pool is nice. I would have given it 4-5 stars but my room ( personally ) had a couple issues.

Very nice staff… the girl at the front desk was very friendly. There was a big stain on the bed spread, but in general, the room seemed really clean. The kids had fun at the pool… good way to get their energy out after a long road trip.

I'm when we came in, the woman behind the counter was really nice and I didn't need to wait long. I wasn't able to park in the parking lot due to towing a trailer but there was plenty of street parking in front. We enjoyed our brief stay and we also appreciated that they were pet friendly.

The outside of the facility looked very old, but inside was in good condition and clean. Best of all, it was very quiet. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff. We arrived very late at nite and had to wake up the over nite staff. She was quick to accommodate us w our room reservation, and very pleasant about it. The room was pretty clean. I love there was no carpet! And Starbucks coffee IN THE ROOM!!! Walls aren't real soundproof, could hear loud family w annoying crying kids early in the morning, but that's not the hotels fault. I would def stay here again.

Older motel, well kept. Clean and well maintained. The pool was nice - colder water however perfect for the 100 temps during our stay. It's outdoors and right next to a very busy, loud street. Breakfast was good, continental style with lots of options. The breakfast sandwiches were a big hit with our group.

Very nice hotel amenities at a motel budget! Terrific staff! And when we left, I noticed that I had left an expensive item in the room, called the front desk and before I got back to the reception area that item was wrapped in a piece of paper and put in a drawer for its safety, no one does that!

This is a nothing fancy motel but it is clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will stay again when driving through town.

A good value for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were responsive with any questions that came up and accommodated a request for the the first level instead of upper level. It was quiet, and the breakfast was ample and sufficient.
