Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.

Property itself was newly renovated and felt cozy and well appointed. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Our vehicles gas task appeared to had been tampered with during the night, something we noticed right away when we woke up and hit the gas station next door.

We had the nicest stay at the Shadow Inn. The front desk people were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good too. The room was comfortable, and even on the freeway side it was quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff are friendly but our room was tired. Carpet was stained and dirty, door has issues and smelled like smoke even though we booked a non—smoking room. Wont be going back.

Overall did its job. Bed was very comfortable and clean. It was probably the best part of it all. Other than that, everything else is due for a makeover.

The only negative thing is that they were supposed to charge a $50 credit fee and would be refunded, when I checked my bank account it said that they had taken $183 The staff was very nice and understanding but it’s been day 3 and my money is not back to my account

TV had no remote and when we picked up one from the front desk the TV could not hook up to the cable. The room was clean and quiet, and we slept very well. We couple of maintenance items should be taken care of: handle on shower, loose deadbolt out of alignment; plug needs to be adjusted.

The staff was friendly. I was very disappointed that I paid for 2 rooms, but only 1 room was showing on the reservation. They said room 2 was cancelled by Expedia. I was not notified of this. I ended up paying for another room. My credit card shows 2 rooms, no credit. What will be done about this? Mary W

Arrived at 1:55am sign on door said employee was on break till 2:00am waited till almost 2:15 am for someone to show up. Bathroom tub was disgusting. Had hair all over the shower. The sink was filthy. When grabbing breakfast that morning the hotel staff 3 women to be specific where gossiping loudly in the middle of the breakfast area.

We've stayed here a couple of times just needing to stop during a long trip. The service is great but this is a very old Best Western. It usually has a lot of out of town workers that work odd hours. If you stay on one side of the hotel you hear the train, if you stay on the other side you hear the freeway. But sometimes you just have to stop and get what you can get. But the staff are very friendly.

Our stay was fine. Quick stay before heading to the airport which was nice to be close to the airport.

Asked for a quiet room and they accommodated us with one.

We stayed for 1 night, and the place was neat and clean when we arrived. The pool in the center of the complex was nice because the children were being watched at all angles. It was also a very good temperature, not too cold. We went with family members and we all had a great experience barbecuing in the area they provided us a barbecuer in. When I realized I had left my toothbrush the gentleman in the front found me one and even brought it up to my room. Would definitely enjoy staying again! Thank you!

I’ve stayed here many time in the past when visiting family, and it’s always been a decent hotel. However, its age is really starting to show because the inside just seem dated. While they replaced the beds and furniture since I last stayed. The rugs were horribly stained which brought in a yuck factor.The bathroom just looks old and not super clean. The tvs are super small and older nothing smart about them. Plus, the spas are now gone which was disappointing to find out. The pool was nice enjoyed a quick dip and like that they had towels outside for drying off. Breakfast was nothing special. They had all your basics, but lacked the proper condiments. I choose to have a bagel and then found out they didn’t have butter or cream cheese available. Overall I’d say it was just average. Safe, clean-ish , and quiet. 6/10
