When I came in room there was a dirty towel in middle of room. There was hair in the bathroom floor. I told front desk and they said they’d take care of it but never did. Also I reserved king bed and they gave me 2 double beds and they stated that’s all they had and nothing they could about it.

Stayed for one night before going to MetLife Stadium. Found it to be a much more affordable option while still being somewhat near the stadium. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the front desk staff was very friendly. I'm super picky about hotels but I was impressed with everything and would stay again. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust on top the headboard and all the frames and my boyfriend used the men's room off the lobby before we departed and he said it was a disaster, literal poo on the floor and trash everywhere. There was a large party that night and things maybe got a little rowdy. Other than that it was great and we would defintely stay there again.

On Sunday morning around 9am someone opened the door to the room while I was sleeping, I said who is there and they automatically closed the door, when I checked out, they only said so and so it was the cleaning staff, it was very frustrating for me because I could have been naked, no so good for me, for that incident

We had 2 rooms and when we arrived at 430 pm one was ready one was not. At 630, the 2nd room was still not ready. That room was not available to us until we returned at 10 pm.

The stay was amazing for my wife and I . We got free breakfast and the bar was so friendly. All the workers did not shy away from coming to ask if we were okay and made sure all our questions were answered. We love Aldo he made our trip from the first day amazing.

We have stayed at this resort many times. When we entered the room the thermostat was set at 80 degrees, there was no garbage can in the bathroom , the toilet clogged and I went to the front desk and asked for a plunger. They told me they didn’t have one and we had to wait for the day crew to come into work. Also the landscaping property in truly lacking.

Overall is a very well kept place, staff are friendly and ample parking spaces. The only thing I can nip pick is the swimming pool hours which is 10am - 7pm, would my nice to be slightly longer or earlier.

The manage at the front desk Nala has horrible customer service and should re think her career. They would not give me back my money for the deposit saying I checked out late which is a LIE!!!!!!
The out door pool was not working wish also made over stay less convenient being that was the reason we went

We normally stay at the APA when we are in the area but decided to spend more money for a hotel with an outdoor pool. We wanted to enjoy the last bit of summer. The pool was green and wasn’t obviously being used. It seemed only two out of 3 elevators worked which had long waits. We have to take the stairs at times which was fine. The main level wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be but overall the room was clean and comfortable. What will definitely deter me is not having a mini fridge and the pool issue.

It was dirty. The bed sheets was dirty. I made a complaint and they still put the dirty sheets BACK ON THE BED after "room service" came.

Hotel was very nice once we got the room we request.. Thanks to the manager SMH!! Oh please don’t think about drinking at the bar they don’t have a menu for the drinks.. Celebrating our anniversary and I ask for 2 green tea shots the guy charge me 36 dollar for 2 small… small! Shots glasses like really you couldn’t give me heads up.. after all the food we ate..felt taken advantage of. I really wanted to come back to enjoy the pools with my family. Never again!!!

I truly wish my stay here was longer! I checked in late, but the gentleman, Dennis, at the front desk ensured the process was smooth and speedy. I received a complimentary upgrade and when I tell you, it made me love the hotel even more... it really did! The suite was spacious, conveniently located on the first floor, very quiet (felt like I was in my own home) and super clean. My favorite part was the shower, OMG!! It was hands down the best shower I've experienced-- the water pressure was just right, the temperature was perfect and the actual tub was super spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the thermostat in the room worked great to cool the space to the perfect temperature. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone in the area and honestly would go back to stay at this hotel just because.

The sheets on my bed was dirty. I brought it to the attention of hotel staff in the front she apologized and assured me once we got back in (from where we were going) we would have new sheets. We returned back from our outing only to find the same sheets spread we placed on the floor in the corner (because we didnt want them on the bed with us) they placed right back on the bed which was so digusting. I gave the hotel and overall 2 stars only because they offered both in door and out door pools. Which my kids and I only used the outdoor pool because the indoor pool water was dirty and murky. I won't be returning back to this establishment. I also have pictures of the dirty bed spreads just in case.

The front desk staff was lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The wait staff was a 5/10. Room was clean and modern, lightbulbs were burned out in the bathroom.
