Stayed for a weekend. Wasnt in the room much. Only at night. Best was comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The people were nice and the breakfast wasnt bad.

The area of the property was good. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable but the service was poor! They have no maintenance staff. Our mini fridge door was not closing properly and asked if they can please assist us and receptionist said that they had no one working on maintenance, she said that she was unable to change our room since we had booked through a third-party which was expedia. We had to throw our own trash everyday since no one cleans rooms at all in our complete stay…we had to walk to front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper since they dont answer phone at all. Shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. They dont even bother to restock before guests arrive. Rooms smell rusty and humid. Breakfast is okay.

Hotel was conveniently located to airport and freeway.

Quick overnight stay. Easy check in. Breakfast had a good variety. Carpeting was a little work in the room. Bed was comforable. Overall, a good stay.

Really good clean place I loved it , especially their pillows everything was super clean except I would say the toilet on the area u can’t really see well inside around the toilet was very dirty but it didn’t bother us . Overall it was such a good experience deff will go back . Another thing the elevator was acting up , I know some people got stuck in there but they were able to fix it . Deff recommend

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great breakfast. Perfect location to visit surrounding attractions while on vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our room and floor smelled so strongly of disinfectant. Chair in room was very worn. Breakfast had many options so each member of our family was able to find something appealing.

The room was nice, overlooked the pool, fairly spacious. The pool was mostly clean, area wasn't bad other than the complete lack of places to walk your dogs. The elevator was 6 months overdue for its annual inspection, and was rickety and jerky. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, but there wasn't much seating, so you had to kind of snipe open tables or take it back to your room. They also didn't leave the spray for the wafflaler out, so most people wouldn't bother and everything would get stuck. You'd have to stop the person cooking to have them come out and spray it for you.

The staff members were great. The breakfast lady was kind. The linen was clean and fresh. The rooms were larger but dated. Caulking in the shower was a bit nasty. Kinda noisy with the highway near. But would stay there again.

Not the best night. Vending machine was serviced at 5:00am making lots of noise right next to my room. I called front desk to inquire and they said oh yeah they are servicing machine. When I asked if they considered that a reasonable time, they replied with “That is their schedule.” Didn’t seem to care or be concerned about the noise or that I could not sleep.

We went to the San Diego Safari Zoo. It was the perfect distance from there. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean
