Overall a nice hotel at good location. Good breakfast buffet. We had dinners Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed the meal Friday night. Saturday night was terrible. It took two and a half hours to finish the dinner. We weren’t eating. We were just kept waiting. It took an hour! to have the main course after the soup.

Stayed for a weekend, nice hotel in the city center. Clean and cosy rooms, staff was nice and super helpful.

I stayed on the first floor. It’s a good location in the heart of Helsinki, but I experienced several issues. The TV turned off automatically so that it could not be used. The temperature in the room did not cool to desired temperature when adjusted. A loud noisy sound (20 second long, every hour) coming from the HVAC. On Tuesday a loud band was playing music from 7-11 pm.

Nice hotel but service was not at the same level as other times. My room was not prepared at 3PM went back to the room and still not done.

Centrally located for eveything! Extremely quiet and safe. Would highly recommend for any length of stay in Helsinki.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city centre. This hotel was surprisingly better than I expected. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good. It was like a brunch at the weekend with a fresh waffle station, a juice bar and an omelette station as well.

It was too hot in my room and the AC didn't work. I was unable to sleep well as a result. I was in a room without a window so I felt like I was in a cellar.

The room was very spacious and comfortable: exactly what we needed on the last leg of our trip after the very cramped VR rail cabins. Great location!

Clean, nice room. Great location. Only negative was that the hotel bar was not open .

Staff were amazing and they even offered free luggage storage even after you checked out. So if you have a later flight you can still explore while they hold onto the luggage.

Great location and breakfast buffet, but stay away if you’re traveling with kids. It’s an unclean party hotel with drunken people and tobacco smoke in the lobby. Staff is rude to toddlers and room service was poor. Stay at one of the other Helsinki Scandic hotels and Radisson hotels.

There was no early check-in or late checkout for me. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, really worn out furniture. Overall not worth the price.

Excellent location, nice room and bathroom, good breakfast, family friendly, walk to shopping and dining, onsite parking available and lots of transportation options.

We loved the hotel, it was beautiful, the staff were super nice, we booked a room without a window to save a little money. We stored our bags when we arrived and when we left without any problems. The room was beautiful, but we honestly wouldn’t book without a window again, just out of the pure fact that we missed having a window. The room was quiet and cozy. It was quite small (tight quarters). I loved the heated floors in the bathroom. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurants as we were only there for a few days. It was great access to shopping and the harbour front for water tours and sightseeing!

It is a good hotel, has many things around.

Convenient location just a few minutes walk from the railway station. Excellent breakfast. I would have liked to be able to open the window which is why I can’t give the top score.

Showers need to be redesigned so they do not flood the bathroom floor. We used our towels to build a dam.

The basic room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Could live with it but air conditioning did not work and couldn’t fix that night as no windows in room very hot and no sleep. In morning I asked to fix it. Got back in evening and not fixed. They finally changed my room after my whining.
