The young lady that checked me in was so nice and it was such an honor to be at this property because I have met some front desk clerks, who are so mean not this time. Great customer service through the whole staff.

The woman who checked us in was lovely. Very personable and attentive.
The room itself wasn’t as clean at it should be. Cobwebs along the ceiling and walls - a lot of them. There was a big hole in the blanket. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. Little things that you don’t expect from a Marriott hotel. When I mentioned the shower to the gentleman I checked out with he sort of laughed and said, “yeah, it’s the seals in the doors!” - if you know it’s an issue, fix it. Finding someone to checkout with was impossible. I had to go around the desk to the office/vending area and found him scrolling through his phone.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay at the property again as there are too many other options in the area with similar pricing.

We scheduled a room with 2 queen beds about an hour before we showed up. When we arrived we were informed that the hotel had overbooked that style of room and the only available rooms had king beds with pull out couches. This did not work for us, and not what we reserved. The front desk person saw our dilemma, and worked to get a room ready for us that had been vacated earlier than expected. Calling in a cleaning person, they cleaned the bathroom and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The crew was great!

The staff was outstanding! They made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Plus the water and snacks that were provided to us upon check in was wonderful.The rooms were clean! Will definitely stay here again next visit to see relatives. Again the staff here was amazing! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I absolutely LOVED the staff! Although there were a few (very minor) issues with my preference of the property I am so glad I stayed there. I will certainly be back. The staff is so vibrant, polite, professional and fun. Truly a great experience.

I didn’t get to stay there. Service was terrible. When I showed up to check in, they told me that they already have no rooms available when in the app. It said that they were rooms available. I need a reimbursement for this trip.

Check in was great and that is where the experience ended and went down hill. After coming back from dinner the entire first floor wreaked of marijuana including in the lobby and music was blaring from a room on the first floor. When we went to go to bed we discovered that there were blood stains on the comforter and that is where our stay ended, less than four hours after checking in.

Building itself needs clean, Heat was not working properly- kept blowing out cold air at times, took a long time to get hot water, toilet was not flushing properly. Disappointed.
