The beds were so comfortable, the shower was excellent, and then their cookies, yum! Friendly staff, free parking. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel it's an excellent customer service because they help me during the time of my crisis the last day of staying where I have to call 911. They didn’t rush me to leave and they understand!

First hotel that I have stayed in that did not have a shower chair! Rug in Room 208 had an unplesant smell. Otherwise the facility was handsome and inviting. Check in out and out was painless and assistance of staff was beyond the call of duty. Keys continued to give me trouble getting in my room. Staff responded quickly but it was still aggravating.

Well idk if it was a busy weekend but there are many spots that were dirty in the room. The windows had some sort of food crust. The couch was just dirty or stained. The room that I was assigned to smelled like a gym room. Smelt like sweat. I have to down grade to a Double queen size bedroom from a King infinity room. Room 902.

TLDR: No window in the room, AC smells like mold; had to leave early without refund.
The staff are really nice and helpful, but this hotel is dated. The AC smells bad, and the facilities seem old. I understand it’s Labor Day, so I’m okay with paying $200/night, but the room was so stuffy that I couldn’t stay there. I had to leave the next morning even though my booking was non-refundable.
There’s nothing wrong with the staff—they are very nice. But to the hotel owners: you should at least replace the AC filters. With no windows, I can’t even imagine what would happen in case of a fire…

Most of the outlets were broken, sink was 85% clogged and took forever for water to drain, water pressure was decent but could’ve been better. Housekeeping was knocking on doors at 8am, which seemed a bit early. Location to highway and restaurants was the best part.

Why did I have to join a program (Hilton Honor) to get access to the Wifi. In cheaper hotels you get free wifi without all the hassle. I ended up not using the wifi because of it.

Second time staying here and will definitely be back. The hospitality at the front desk is exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was relaxing with plenty of shade.

Great bar area with George the bartender who was great at giving me some feedback on the drink selections. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has 2 restaurants next door, a Starbucks and a Chik Filet at the end of the parking lot. Great location and good atmosphere.

The staff was courteous, the lobby and room were clean, the surrounding area was nice with stores and dining close by. The faucet in the bathroom sink flowed water all over the counter (minor inconvenience), but the air flow in the room needs a major update. There is no ventilation in the bathroom & the A/C unit was enclosed and set behind furniture blocking air flow to the point that the temperature increased, even at night.

Made a prepaid reservation. They over sold my room with two queens for two nights. Offered two separate but not connecting king rooms. Not great with little kids and things like shared toothpaste, as you end up walking down the hall in pajamas. Then had to switch rooms the second night, which meant packing our stuff back in the car trunk during the day. They didn’t seem to care. Always had to ask a manager, who was always on break.

Pros:
- day time front desk staff is nice and accommodating
- strong AC
- nice outside pool with hot tub
- house keeping does a thorough job
Cons:
- night time front desk staff is rude and treats any requests as a burden
- no towel racks to hang bath towels in the bathroom
- I stayed at the most “luxurious” room they offered, but the extra space in the room was an awkward corner that had no use.
- wallpaper was peeling behind the bed
- infinity bath tub was chipping and the jets did not work and seemed a little unsanitary.
- was supposed to get bath robes with my room but had to ask front desk for them and when they did it was an unfolded bundled up pile of them
- television was extremely limited to just Netflix, tubi and local channels (about 10 of them)
- the rainfall shower head was in a weirdly cut out recessed part of the ceiling.

Awesome bartender, nice exclusive pool access, clean room, and nice view. Also, the parking is free and they have chick filet and Starbucks in the parking lot area.

This hotel was really nice. The only problem I had was the plug in the bathroom didn’t work so we couldn’t use the outlet in there. & the pool closed at 11 😭

It was excellent!
The staff was friendly and welcomed us with a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie our arrival which was such a nice surprise :D
The room was beautiful, modern and very clean. We loved going to the pool and jacuzzi as well.
