Stayed here just to sleep, Woke up the next morning with a few pimples on my body didnt think much till i got home and i think i brought bed bugs with me. Im extremely dissatisfied with my stay.

Nice hotel and convenient location to see the canyons nearby. Friendly service but a little understaffed for check-in. Clean rooms and nice complimentary breakfast and coffee. I will definitely recommend it.

The room was on the street side and very noisy. My husband coud litarrally hear the guests above us walking and going to the bathroom. The remote was set on volume 14 and couldnt go below this volume as he inquired at the desk about a new remote and they said they are all set at that volume.

The staff was really great and accommodating helping us upgrade our room and allowing for a late check out. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

The beds weren't very comfortable, the mattresses should be flipped or turned, the pillows were good though. The breakfast should be real scrambled eggs and not those powdered eggs, theyre awful. More hot dishes would be nice, not just three choices, we don't like waffles. Our room keys didnt work after one day, we were there for three nights, not one, had to go to the front desk to have that fixed. The jacuzzi wasn't unlocked at 10:00 am like the sign says. But the pool and jacuzzi were both very clean and comfortable.

Getting ready for bed realized that the sheets haven't been changed because it showed a big spot of dried blood.
They moved us to a different room.

The hotel is fine, but I had traveled with my dog and got a room on the dog floor which is fine, but the room seemed worn. The bedding had a good amt of stains on it, and the shower curtain wouldn’t go all the way around so water got out. Hottub was decent but wouldn’t use that as a selling point for me to stay again. I will say the beds are mighty comfy.

It started off bad, checked in and went to the room, but it was occupied. Front desk assigned another room, but key card didn't work. Had to go back to have key card reswiped. Front desk clerk seemed hurried because lack of support during a busy time.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and it was clear that housekeeping had not been properly done. There were used paper towels left on the sink, and I found a couple of hair clumps on the floor. I reported it to the front desk, and she picked them up, offering a partial refund. However, there was no apology from the manager for the incident until I reminded them during checkout. They then offered reward points instead of a refund, for which I had to provide my personal details to sign up for the membership. A few days later, when I logged in, I saw that my reward points balance was still 0. I contacted the hotel through Expedia but have yet to receive a response.

Stayed here after the hotel across the street didn't have hot water. It was a win win! From the delicious hot breakfast, to the exceptionally clean hot tub (imagine that!) to the great front desk staff (specifically Darius) - we had a great time!

I couldn't believe that this large hotel had one elevator for all of the rooms. There was no outdoor seating and if you're a smoker you had to sit in the front of the hotel or go to the back. Breakfast was average for the free breakfast hotels I think I would have probably passed on it if I hadn't booked it through Expedia, which was a no cancellation.. The pool is small but was nice but was full and unheated and pretty cold overall. If you have to have a place to stay this'll do it but I would have chosen different .

This is a nice hotel, but the pool area is so heavily used they cannot keep up with the cleaning, there is a green ring above the water line in both the pool and the spa.
They post a breakfast menu for the day but I believe it is likely the same old instant eggs everyday. They were not equipped to handle the number of guests that were in the breakfast area. The breakfast is pretty bad, the fruit that was available was old, the bananas were brown and the coffee was not very good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great as was the breakfast. The only downsides were the laundry facilities: one dryer (out of 3) was out of order and two washers (out of 3) were not working. There's room in the laundry room for more machines. There was no comfortable seating (only one hard wooden stool). We were also surprised that the room is only serviced every 3 days. We have never encountered that, even in lower end hotels. Usually the beds are made, garbage emptied and items refreshed if needed daily. We had to request to have the garbage emptied and go to the front desk to get more tissues. Other than those things, we were plessed with ou

Everything else was good. The only problem with shampoo and conditioner bottle was empty after I jump into shower. Both of our rooms had same problem.

Stater for one night. Pool area was Nice and breakfast better than the usual inn. With that being Said, hotel was Old and tired, there were wholes in our beddings and our room was not super clean. WiFi also did work very good. Would not stay here but pick one of the many newer chains in town.

The room i booked did not match what we reserved. We booked a junior room. They have portable ac in the room with a bucket to drain the water. We have to empty the water bucket ourself. The last day water overfilled and it was all over the room. The floor is uneven due to water damage. We stripped over when walk with bare foot a few times. The room is not safe to rent out like this!!!!
We talked to front desk ; they told us since we booked through third party they cant do much. This is so disappointed! We learn that we cant book room through third party in case something like this; nobody will protect us.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. The reception was unbearably hot, and the room was a cramped, filthy mess. The bedsheets were dirty and reeked. The bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The phone in the room was useless, as it didn't work when I tried to call the front desk. There was zero soundproofing, so I was kept awake all night by the constant noise from upstairs as people walked and moved their luggage. I couldn't sleep at all. Overall, this was a horrendous experience.
