short 4 day trip with my wife to celebrate my birthday, resort very well laid out with most required amenities. staffing and service levels were generally very good except in bar areas where you had to wait quite a while for service.

Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds).

Reception staff provide an excellent service from the start. Champagne as your enter, room was upgraded and was outstanding with pleasant touches like chocolate strawberries and champagne in the room. The concierge staff help meet all our requests even tho many last min which included arranging 2 golf tee times including arranging golf club hire. Beautiful spa area, salt pool with attentive bar staff. The quality of service could not be faulted. Breakfast excellent. The hotel is also on the beach. Although expensive everything about this hotel was outstanding.

I have stayed in many five star hotels around the world and nothing compares to the facilities, beach, first class service, and amenities Marbella Club has to offer. What impressed me and my family the most was the staff and restaurant. I have never dealt with kind, attentive, and professional staff like we experienced here. Everyone was so sweet, so helpful, and they cared about my two children with severe allergies which made our experience here so pleasant. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, pleasant, and perfect. We are most definitely returning next year. I don’t know why the stars only stop at five because Marbella is in a league of its own. Thank you for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

This place is a dream and super well designed and unique. Very close to Puente Romano. The staff are constantly going out of their way to make you feel like a rockstar. The managers really step up their game, and the small ask, I had for my room, they went above and beyond to accommodate. This is a family resort and tailors less to singles.

This family run property is one of the best hotels in the world. Absolutely fantastic service, friendly staff, excellent food and a great SPA. We went for two days with friends to celebrate a birthday in a casual setting. Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back. The only drawback is all tattooed Scandinavians who are frankly speaking unpleasant looking and ut of place.

Nice property but it is a maze to walk through as every single staff person uses a 'golf cart' to transport themselves around. 'Golf carts' are parked everywhere including the entrances to the rooms, 'golf carts' zoom by when walking toward the beach carrying no one other than the staff member driving. The property is also not at all quiet or peaceful... there is a constant hum of weed-whackers. Be warned that the staff will enter the room at any time without knocking. I was very surprised to see the door to the room swing open without warning.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was large, luxurious and very comfortable. The issue was that the main swimming pool by the sea was under repair and the gym was under renovation. While the other pool was functioning it is set back from the beach and does not have the all important sea views that a beachside hotel usually offers. We booked only a few days before our stay. A hotel of this quality simply needs to inform guests in advance when major facilities will be out of action during a stay at the time of booking (whether directly or via Expedia) so an informed decision can be taken.

This hotel is easily the nicest hotel in Marbella. Very attentive staff. The hotel has two pools one by the beach front with snack bars. The breakfast was delicious with food cooked to order.

Hotel staff upgraded us to an ocean view room which was fabulous. We could hear the waves of the Mediterrean Sea roll in and a wonderful breeze. The room had top quality furnishings and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed a wonderful day on the beach and a 5 star brunch by the pool. The grounds are extensive and well cared for. The staff very professional and kind.
