The restaurant stopped serving dinner at 8:00 pm which is early considering they cater to travellers who may come in late - as we did. Rooms are large and the people are friendly. A la carte breakfast was good.

Great hotel, right at the finish line for the marathon. Convenient to everything. The after party was lovely.

The rooms were clean the live music was nice and the staff were friendly. The pool was an added amenity that the kids really enjoyed.

The hotel itself was comfortable. I dealt with a very nice older gentleman upon check-in but the rest of the staff have been a nightmare. I booked my stay using hotels.com and my stay ended early. I asked if I would receive a refund for my remaining night. They assured me I would. After a week I called the hotel. They said it could take up to 3 weeks. I called again after the time frame where the man who answered said I’d have to contact the third party. I told him the hotel had said this would be handled by now where he informed me “we don’t like calling the third party companies it takes too long” Hotels.com has been amazing about helping but now we have a ticket open due to the hotel not answering their calls. I would never recommend this hotel

They had no record of the food and beverage credit I was supposed to receive. I didn’t want to argue so I let it drop.

Had a power outage during my stay and the hotel recognized the inconvenience and provided a free breakfast buffet. That was a good example of their commitment to their guests.

LOVED this hotel. Great vibes. Super clean. And the pool was the warmest pool i have been to for a hotel. My kids were so happy to swim at 8 am.

Almost great. Key cards do not work in door without jiggling. Twice in our case and the neighbor had the same issue. Staff knew because they said to jiggle to make it work. That aside, nice.

walking distance to shops our room was on a floor where there had been water damage. the area smelled musty. No doubt was mold which caused some breathing difficulties

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but as soon as we walked in, the hotel smelled musty. Check in was easy, and as we walked to our room, the smell got stronger. There were wires and cables hanging from the ceiling, there were no “under construction” signs anywhere, so I can only assume this is normal for this hotel. Once we got to our room and opened the door, it smelled strongly of straight up mold. The description of the room was misleading (no microwave, room service, bath tub, etc.), but I chalked that up to maybe me not paying attention when I booked. The phone had a number for room service, however, there was no menu in the room. In fact, the only hotel related items were a pen and a small, half empty not pad. We walked down to the restaurant to order food to bring back to the room, and waited at the desk where the host should be for about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We ordered shrimp cocktail, and two soft pretzels with beer cheese. The $13 shimp cocktail consisted of 4 seasoned and grilled shrimp, and the $26 I paid for two “soft” pretzels I could only describe as a baguette with cheese wiz. We had booked a full weekend at this hotel, and ended up canceling the rest of our stay within an hour of arriving.

Loved the live music on the patio.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly - however on the last day there was no hot water. The bartender John was very persomable.

Late checkout hour was good. Water accident was bad.

I was happy to book here as I was visiting family in the area and I grew up here.,o have been familiar with this property since it was built. It has dropped a couple of steps, on the plus side, the beds, linens were comfortable. There was a guest laundry, the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the wait staff in the dining area for breakfast

Great location and good value for money.

Although the location was fine there were no drinking glasses in the room. In Corning, near the Museum of Glass, there are no drinking glasses in the room. How ironic. Walls are paper thin.

Clean and quiet room. Though the architecture is a bit dated in the lobby (heavy dark cement) the room was updated and comfortable. Very convenient to the main area of shopping and dining.

The property was nice and quiet. I requested and paid for a queen suite but got a regular queen room with no closets or space to hang clothing. The explanation was that it was a larger queen - not a very satisfactory nor logical explanation.

Good staff service

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and had a nice lobby. Front desk staff Kayleigh and Aubrey were so kind and gave excellent customer service as did our server Brenda at breakfast. The music social on Friday was super cute as well.

The location is perfect. Close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the two museums. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Some parts of the hotel are crumbling and old but its clear the management is working on maintaining the older building.

Pictures and descriptions need to be updated. Hot tub closed has been for a long time . One restraint. No Tapas . Food just okay
