Have stayed here before and loved it so came back, we stayed in the new pinnacle tower. Very clean and awesome place to stay.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Kirk and Georgia at the Chandelier lounge have looked after us and certainly made our stay and visit more memorable. Thank you Kirk and Georgia.

My time at the Cordis Auckland was like being at a Spa in the city; at every moment there was all I needed (& more); the staff always looking ahead & spoiling me at every opportunity. Thank you all to the excellent team.

If you stay at the Cordis, i highly recommend the pinnacle tower! Although after dropping headphones on the ground on our sevond day stay i noticed the floors were not vacuumed and the past people who stayed in the room still had their kids toys and rubbish under the bed- Cordis in good faith cleared a $100 breakfast for ua in good faith, had cleaning come up straight away and rhe manager on duty made sure to check on us- this is great service and follow up from the team and we will be sure to book again in future:)

We have stayed here a lot as I am a member. We got so called upgraded however our room looked out to a concrete wall, no natural light. Housekeeping didn’t make up our room. After a big day out we returned to have a shower and head out. Bed unmade, no clean towels, no extra toilet paper, coffee tea etc was minimal on arrival and we thought it would be replenished - nope. The only thing that had been done was 2 complimentary bottles of water had been left. We had to sit and wait for someone to bring towels, and the person they sent was rude - like it was a huge inconvenience. Third stay where there is meant to be a complimentary bottle of wine - nope. This is a 5 star hotel - disgraceful!

I love staying at this hotel in Auckland. It’s a great high quality package that always leaves me feeling rested and relaxed.

Bedsheets were stained.

Loved our stay, the Cordis is very family friendly and all the staff members were supportive and accomodating.

Property is within walking of the new Westfield, has a courtesy shuttle to the CBD. Amazing breakfast

Easy valet parking and a quiet hotel were the highlights, everybody was very friendly. The room was dated but that didn’t really matter, the bed was super comfortable which was great. The room needed a good dusting, it was a bit dirty in places.

What a disappointment - 5 star hotel in Auckland with the pricing attached, really should not be rated so high. The check in - we booked via Hotels.com - arrived at 1.30pm - rooms not available (we'll email when they are) and family who booked direct - straight into their rooms. No portacot for the baby and never bought up to the room. Hotel commented they were 'not going to charge for the porta cot as a gift " apparently they are complimentary anyway? (if they arrive in the room) Roll out bed for a 7 year old - $90? Bowl of shoe string fries in the bar - $10 and half cold. With our booking via Hotels .com we were advised we would receive a bottle of wine per room - turns our it was a 375ml bottle that we had to ask for on departure. Mould all through the bathroom fittings - shower door did not open properly and this room was in the new tower. No towels in the spa / pool area Room key stopped working - the attendant mixed with 'the other room' so both rooms had to have new keys issued which meant going to find family to give new keys. Breakfast at 8 - no dress code - contrary to the advice given. People wearing jandals and hoodies. the food was luke warm at best. Kids running riot at the chocolate fountain - standing there eating ice creams and dipping in the fountain as they ate. No staff to move them on. Ordered coffee for the table - our order arrived 3 times? Would not hurry back - there are nicer venues in Auckland City.

Always an amazing stay. Exceptional service. Special mention to Molly at the restaurant. She made breakfast each day even more amazing with her service and kindness.

When we arrived there was no parking available. On looking for a parking spot my young daughter wet herself... Once we arrived after the walk to the hotel we checked in and when entering our room we saw there was already people in the room and we had been double booked. After returning to the check-in area the staff were lovely and myself and my kids another room. Issues with parking, issues with room allocation but other than that the staff were very apologetic and did a good job at rectifyling a bad start to the visit

Had the most amazing weekend staying at the cordis. Excellent food, facilities and service. Highly recommend

It didn't quite give me the 5 star hotel feeling that I was hoping for... and the room bed configuration was not set up as be the request.

I have stayed at Cordis few times and it’ll be the only hotel I would stay in Auckland. Great breakfast and coffee, staff are friendly. The chandelier lounge is nice place to chill after working hours.

Exactly was we needed for our event we were attending. Easy on and off the motorway.

Amazing stay although 2 weeks later still don’t have our bond back?? Not acceptable

Great hotel and friendly staff

We had a few cocktails in the main lounge, I had to go and order at counter both times. Then when we told them we were going out for a vape I asked for a reserved sign for our table - was assured we didn’t need this but got back and seats taken - waiter got them back for us in end. One other waiter seemed like a personal servant to a table next to us of a family but ignored us entirely. Bizarre. Sort the bar service out.

Staff was very helpful. Food in restaurants delicious. Great view and amenities in room.
