Very odd layout makes it difficult to enter room. The random cord strung across the floor was strange and unsafe. No night stand on both sides of the bed was not a good idea. Just a poorly executed hotel. The shower needed a renovation and good cleaning. Highlight of the stay was a warm cookie.

My room looked clean, but when I turned over a paper coffee cup the first morning I was there, it was used & dirty! Then the same with the second cup! It was disgusting!!
The bed & pillows were awesome & comfortable. The hotel common areas were freezing the whole time I was there, a waste of energy & unnecessary.

The temp of the room was 70⁹ at night.. turned thermostat down but it did no good.. could not sleep.. too hot for comfort. Left a day early so could come home and sleep.

Tv didn’t work, ac wouldn’t stay off. It’s October. Blinds had been for show not functional. Bathroom was brim with hairs and the housekeeper came into the room after pleading with him he didn’t. He didn’t speak English but who goes into a rented room with someone still in it. This is the first review I’ve written in my life. It was that bad.stay at tru next door across from the mall.

Check in was great. The staff were welcoming and more than pleasant. The room could have used a little more care. Items left from previous person and something’s not refilled but otherwise clean. Oh and the cookies were great

I’m surprised they rate themselves with “4 stars”. Not even close. The beds were so uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The tub had an extremely slow drain so you had to shower in 5 minutes to avoid a flood. Maintenance was unresponsive. The ceiling had peeling paint. Overall poor conditions. Front desk not accommodating by any means.

CALLED AHEAD OF TIME, to make sure that there was room service offered. Online said yes, hotel said yes. No room service was available super disappointments will never stay here again

The hotel was good. The only thing is I messaged the hotel a few days prior to my trip to inquire about shuttle service and no one contacted me. When I arrived I noticed that they did have shuttle service. The staff weren’t very welcoming.

Started at check in. The girl behind the counter was not personable in the least. The front desk is the face of your company. The room was dirty. There was mold all through the grout of the shower. Their only saving grace was their restaurant. And if they were closed, the hotel is next to a Cracker Barrel. I definitely would not stay there again.

It was adequate for a few nights. A little dirty with scuff marks and little bits of stuff on the floor. Bedding was decent. I didn’t get daily room cleanings at all. Personally I don’t mind since it was a short trip for me but I always thought most hotels give daily cleanings unless stated otherwise.

I picked a non-smoking room but the room that was given to us had a bed cigarette smell.
One of the receptionists was very unpleasant and not happy to help, if was not another one that was there, I might had issues checking in. Not happy with the service and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointed with housekeeping services. Only one set of towels. Also 1/4th of a roll of toilet paper. No extra roll available in the room. Never did find anyone in housekeeping in the entire place. We ended up going to the front desk for toilet tissue.

Breakfast is not actually included despite the Expedia listing saying it is. Not the fault of the hotel staff, they were helpful, but Expedia and Hilton Double Tree incorrectly listed the accommodations at this hotel and it was incredibly frustrated as we had not budgeted for this.

When i checked in i was given the wrong room number and when I went up to the room someone was already in there. This was a very embarrassing situation. Then I was given another room and that one was also taken. The front desk staff did not even apologize or anything even though i had to go down twice to get the situation rectified. Very unprofessional
