We had to get a room last minute due to pipes freezing at home. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and neat.

We got the hotel later in the evening, checked in, and went to the room. As soon as we walked in we noticed the bed was very poorly made. As if it wasnt cleaned at all and just made. We shrugged that off until i turned on the bathroom light and saw dirty towel laying in the bathtub. At that point i went back up and asked for a new room. They obliged, the next morning we went for breakfast and when we returned back to the room our keycards no longer worked. So i had to go back downstairs to have them reactivate the card. Overall not a pleasnt time and will be staying somewhere else next time.

This is convenient to the interstate but it did not seem clean and my room specifically smelled like cigarettes. I slept for a couple of hours and left around 2am the smoke smell was just too much.

I expected a similar stay to the other 3 Ramada's I have stayed at previously. This was not like them. The initial look of the room seemed ok but after getting into the room I found numerous problems that should have never been there. I thought this room was a left over Halloween Trick it was so bad. I will never stay at another Ramada except for one I have been to a few times and knows what they are doing. The rest can find someone else to be there sucker.

Staff were excellent but room needs to have some repairs (toilet not secured to floor, one bed had a broken support bracket and some corner cleaning needs to be done).

Just a quick in, sleep, shower and out. Did notice that there was a used wash cloth hanging over shower curtain. Curtains in room were stained. They should be replaced when they look like these did.

TV had a lot of inaccessible channels. Pillows had makeup stains and towels had holes in them

This hotel was old but clean. The room was nice sized and included a soda and a comfy chair.
Breakfast was okay and you get what you paid for.
Now for the worst part. The front desk clerk and her friend were outside smoking marijuana. The entrance smelled so bad. When she saw us she went in to register us and it was obvious she was high. At that point I got scared and wanted to leave but knew I would lose my money. I think possession of marijuana is legal in Illinois but so is alcohol and you can’t do that while working. I will never stay there again and probably not another Ramada Inn either.

The property is a bit outdated, and shows signs of use. We only needed a place to sleep, and a rest during a long drive, and this place fit the bill

Was very nice. Nice selection of restaurants. Rooms were nice.

The property needs updating. The towels were old and had holes. The TV cable was iffy. Just needs up dated and made to be more inviting.
Management was fine. But they could have been more friendly and accomadating.

Property looks generally run down. The A/C in our room worked poorly, and although they were prompt in sending a repairman, it didn't work much better. They came by later to see how it was, but we had already settled in for the night. Minimal breakfast fare.

The room was extremely dirty. Nobody cleaned that room when the people before us left. We had to ask for clean towels, sheets, and pillow cases. We have always stayed at these hotels when we travel, but never again.

I have already detailed "cleanliness" in check-in comments and would like to add filthy bathroom floor tile grout.
Could not enjoy breakfast due to whining child who appeared to be old enough to know better. (I have worked with developmentally other-abled individuals before, and this was not the case.)

Stopped in while traveling and had a good night sleep, hot shower, and down time. The hotel was quiet and accommodating for our needs.

Rooms were musky smelling and possibly moldy. My started coughing continuously after @ 5 minutes of entering the room. Took her outside and it cleared up. had to find another hotel for her to stay.

The woman working lost the phone for the office. She didn’t know how to work the TV, and she said that we could only get two channels on the TV.

Don’t Stay Here!!! The rooms are dirty, the hotel is dirty, and it is not safe. The room was not cleaned. Hair all over the bathroom, dirty carpet, the room smells of mold, and stains on sheets. When I asked for another room, the employee at the front desk, started complaining about management and cleaning staff. In the lobby, a staff member was loudly playing online video games on the hotel computer with a towel wrapped around her. We saw her sleeping in the lobby the next morning. Very strange. Went to the second room and it was disgusting too. The hallway smelled of drugs and doors were propped open. Other businesses were happening at this hotel. Not safe.

The room, the shower/ bath tub was dirty with soap scum, the shower curtain seems like it was never changed was dirty looking and the toilet was constantly running. Loud!! Beds were not comfortable at all. The t. V, had a terrible pictur screen.We looked at the pool and it looked very cloudy and not treated with chemicals , just did not look clean. Very disappointed with our stay.

The toilet was clogged, almost overflowed immediately. The floor was beyond disgusting, with very visible dirt everywhere. There was sticky red candy all over the bathroom tile floor and the carpet was even worse, with stains all over. The fridge had not been cleaned out from the previous guest, so there was old food in it. I’m beyond shocked that the Wyndham name is associated with such a filthy place.

Room had no Kleenex, towels and barely any toilet paper left. No one present at front desk when we arrived. Room was not in good condition overall and the building was aged. Looked very out of place next to the gorgeous Holiday Inn across the parking lot. Will not stay here again.

The place appeared to be poorly maintained. The sink didn’t drain, sheets were stained, ice machine struggled, carpet was sticky and dirty. At breakfast the coffee was cold and milk was sour.
