The decor is a bit drab, dark and it just doesn’t fit any sort of modern aesthetic. So much so that it was odd staying there.
Service was great though, so was the cleanliness. The layout wasn’t the best as it felt like I had to walk a long time just to reach my room on the first floor.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms dated but not something i minded. Wish it did have a mini fridge as i like to have cold drinks on hand.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Was very convenient but parking was a challenge. Nice banquet facilities and bar. Fitness center was small and only 1 treadmill was working. Had difficulty getting connected to the wifi.

The stay was fine, the only complaints is no refrigerator. Bad decision to take those out. And there cannot be much insulation. I heard everything that went on in the room next door. The people was loud all night and early in the morning.

Everything was good. We were given a room with 2 queens, told the desk we reserved a King. Change was made. No issue.

I ordered a room with a king bed and pull out couch bed. The bed on the couch was broken. The bed in the room was only a Queen. There was suppose to be enough room for 5 people but only 2 towels and wash cloths. No pillows for the pull out bed and when we requested more blankets and pillows they never came. Asked for extra towels and they didn’t come. I caught the housekeeper in the hall for the towels. It was really really busy at check in and the poor gentleman was alone at the desk. He was doing his very best to help everyone he just did not have time to address everyone’s concerns.

The whole stay was perfect. Staff welcoming and attentive. Food pantry in lobby. Full bar with light menu, restaurant with varied menu. Morning buffet was extensive and delicious. My favorite was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also had gym. Beautiful lobby. Rooms large and comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. We had breakfast room service that was quite nice.

The hotel itself is quite comfortable and in a good location for access to the highway and surrounding areas. The issue lies with the staff. I had the unfortunate privilege of speaking with several members of the staff and, save for a very nice maitenance staff and the housekeepers, the rest were emotionless at best... surly and abrasive at worst. The room was nice, but not worth the attitude of guests being an inconvenience.

I generally don't have time to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. This hotel is missing some basic amenities. The room lacked an oven and a refrigerator, which I consider essential. Additionally, there was a water leak next to the sofa bed, leaving a quarter of the room's floor wet. The sofa bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, feeling like it was from the Stone Age. The entire room looked antique, with very old lamps and beds. There wasn't even a proper TV table; instead, they placed the TV inside an armoire. Can you believe that? I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it lacks basic amenities.

The property is extremely outdated. There are no extra amenities in the rooms. No microwave or fridge. The pool was dirty with things floating in it. I’m sure this was a beautiful property ant one point but it has not been kept up. Overall it just isn’t worth the money.
