Great stay. Very clean and comfortable. This days inn is my go to place to stay. Highly recommend.

Check in and check out was simple but there was no room service or anything offered during our stay. Also the cleaners seemed to be drinking on the job. That was the biggest red flag.

I had no problems during my stay. Its your basic hotel, cheep and comfortable. The breakfast was quite disappointing due to limited options, but I still was able to get a yogurt and a microwaveable biscuit. Hotel was clean, however they kept the AC off in my room initially so it took some time to cool the room down. Still a good stay regardless :)

Over all had a good experience here the staff were super friendly location was nice and quiet showers not all that great but other than that I would stay again and recommend staying here

Never got to stay they stole money and won’t give refund and you guys that I went through are just as guilty… never again will I use you guys

- General Manager, Neal, was professional , friendly, helpful, and represented Days Inn at a very high level.
- The room and hotel was clean, well kept, and very quiet. All good!
- Great location and very affordable price.
- I will seek out this hotel the next time I need a room in Lexington.

AC turns off n on, bathroom needs upgraded (toilet seat is peeling). Staff was excellent n ready to accommodate any need or problem.

The AC was not cold, called front desk was told to move furniture around so would make AC circulate , then was told to put AC on auto and it would get cold, but there was no auto button! I had to go purchase a fan just so we could breathe in the room! It was very hot ! Opened door at daylight the next morning was cooler outside than in room! Hubby has COPD and I ask specifically when booking room to make sure AC worked! Room 124 beware! I should’ve been offered a refund but wasn’t! Will not stay there again!

The property was run down and unclean. It was also undergoing repairs. The staff had no access to towels or toilet paper in the early evening, and there was only half a roll when we checked into the room.

It was affordable and served the purpose I needed. A place to sleep, shower and stay for a few days that didn’t cost me a fortune. The staff were kind and helpful.

Last day not so good when I went to get receipt in the morning they thought I was checking out, within 20 mins one of the staff members walked in to the room thinking we were checked out when it was ot till 11am. There was no apology and was really rude.

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning did not work, but luckily it wasn’t too hot out. Towels were clean. Refrigerator in room. Check in person was nice.

Didn’t feel safe. We left 15 mins into the stay and booked another hotel 10 mins down the road. Someone was looking into my car after we parked and they thought we were in the room, to the point I moved it closer to the room and it felt really sketchy. We decided to leave and go 10 mins down the road. Lady at the desk was nice, room was ok from what I could tell before we left.

Next door to the Spearmint Rhino. Carpet peeling from floor. Tear in comforter, stale smell in the room not resolved with days of fan use. I would not feel safe traveling alone to this location again.

The beds were not queen size. More like double size. Way too small for my husband and I together. We had to sleep in separate beds. We won't be back.

Was very surprised and please when entering the room smelled very clean and was a good clean room and the beds were very comfy tv channel selection not best but I can definitely over look that. Price and location right off interstate great! Would stay again!

Bathroom door would not close. Chair at desk sank to the floor. Carpet was filthy, frame on mirror had an area that looked nasty, light fixture had bugs in it. Receptionist did not set up our card keys to work for 3 days only 1 was entered. Curtains had holes in them. TV too large for the stand risk of falling off. Musty odor to the room. Amenities such as soaps and shampoo for the shower were not provided on the first night and only shampoo for the last 2nights.

Its situated right next to a strip club, so thats either a positive or negative depending on the traveler looking to stay here

The lady in the counter gave me attitude when I asked for extra roll of tissue paper, laundry bag and tissue paper because they were not supplied in the room when we checked in! Why the attitude??
