They have am issue with the sensor lighting in the rooms..it turns off every 30 seconds INCLUDING the bathroom...imaginr how hard it is too keep getting out the shower to wave your hand just to now wash in the dark...and unfortunately staff said its an issue all thru thr building....in 2024 you have to do better

Not a great stay, shower head worked very poorly. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Have stayed here many times while in town for business, will not be back.

It wasn't the Ritz, but I didn't expect it to be. It was fine for the type of hotel that I expected and paid for. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent and friendly staff. Room was well kept, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was large and tasty. Entire facility was restful and comfortable.

It was clean and convenient to Interstate 81, but it did have some traffic noise.

Broke 2 of my toes right before this stay and I was treated well and had a great stay all things considered. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, modern feel, hot water, gym and pool if needed as well. Zero complaints and would be happy to stay here again.

Ceiling in bathroom falling down in the shower. Grout all moldy. No bathroom fan. Towels were smelly. Noisy inside & out. Location was convenient but we would not stay there again.

Room was very stale smelling, the breakfast items were gone by 7:30 and not replenished. As soon as we got into our room, we called the front desk to complain about the smell. He didn’t offer any solution. After driving all day, there wasn’t anything else we could do - so we just went to sleep. Will never stay at a Best Western again

I could nitpick a couple little things, but I really can't complain about the place. Friendly people, better continental breakfast than I would expect...like some other hotels. It was a nice stay

The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was outdated. The shower was horrible and looked dirty. I did not shower bc I didn’t want to step in it. It was close to the airport and I was there for one night alone. I will not stay here again. Also, the elevator was broke. Luckily I was only on the second floor.

I’d like to give this hotel a 10/10…it is convenient to the interstate, the staff was polite, the room was pretty clean & comfortable, and there was ample parking but, unfortunately, there were a few issues…the rooms need updating (plaster/paint was peeling on the bathroom ceilings), our suite had two bathrooms, one was fine; however, the other had a tub with discolored water and it (along with the sink) had low water pressure, the sofa bed had a very thin mattress, the deadbolts on the door did not lock properly, and the breakfast was mediocre (son picked up a rotting apple that was quickly trashed). For these reasons, I’d rate the hotel a 6/10. It was a good place to rest and sleep but nothing that really caused the hotel to stand-out. It has potential. :)

It was a great layover on our trip to the Finger Lakes. The room was comfortable and clean. Free breakfast in the morning was a added perk. Such a bargain. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room description was very much different than expected. I reserved a double queen room with a sofa, and was shocked to receive not just a sofa but a sofa bed in a full living room. I did not have 1, but 2 separate rooms for my party of 4 along with 2 full bathrooms. The building is a little old,but the service and accommodations more then made up for the lack of the few updates needed

4 night stay. Keys wouldnt work on check in. Had to pick up keys after dinner. Hotel is older. Musty smell room was good size. Had to get an air freshener for our room. Bathroom very tight space. Toilet was a nice height. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was your normal standard one. All day coffee. Elevator broke on our 2 night. Still broken 2 days later. I wont stay here again.

Bathroom faucet leaked onto floor and into tissue box. Reported 3 times to front desk. Nothing done. Had to go get our own tissue box after 2 days. Hotel was apparently undergoing renovations but we weren’t informed of this. Hallways were extremely noisy where they were redoing bathrooms.

The room sink was clogged. There was a guest in the lobby playing very loud music and the front desk made no attempt to speak to them. Tables for breakfast were dirty and staff standing around not cleaning.

The hotel was a typical best western hotel. The room was clean but not tidy (spider webs and just not wiped clean) The hallways were mostly clean but again there were a ton of spider webs on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was normal but the area was very unkept. There was food all over the floor and none of the tables were clean. ( We did go near the end of breakfast) If you’re looking for an average hotel this one is ok but there are definitely better.

Hotel needs to be updated - musty smell as soon as you walk in the room - the room was very hot as the air conditioner was located in the kitchen out cove instead of where the beds are - so had to ask for a fan. The bed not so comfortable along with the pillows and sheets were like car board . Staff was friendly .

When we pulled out the sofa bed it had food under the couch and on the mattress that had to be cleaned off. There were kids that were being loud late at night in the halls but the desk clerk quickly took care of the situation after we called.

Great location, quiet, clean and wonderful service and front desk greeting. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

There was only 1 friendly employee. Too many things in need of repairs. No one told that parking lot repairs were going to happen. Air conditioners were not working properly, bath tubs had broken stoppers and key cards needed to be reactivated every couple of days. So we not be returning to this hotel anytime soon.
