Everything is ok but the floor so dirty

Nice place near freeway with clean pool and spa, nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of free parking, great value

The hotel was just ok. The front desk girl seemed as if she really didn’t want to be there and the entrance carpet had piles of dirt that weren’t cleaned off (the day I arrived and the day I checked out). It was the same dirt as if no one bothered to cleaned that off. The water pressure was really bad the next day.

No frills lobby, very clean pool and room with exceptional vending machine selection and probably the best continental breakfast I've had at this price point. Chair was made of waterproof material and wasn't very comfortable but the mattress and pillows were better than expected.

Clearly the motel rooms have been abused by tenants in the past. Peeling paint in bathroom. Drapes torn and wrinkled. Coffee maker did not work. Shower knozzle did not work properly. Breakfast was okay and dining room was clean.

The shower was old and appeared dirty that was the only negative otherwise the room and hotel served its purpose.

I was enjoy going there and staying at quality inn but this time I had a bit of a mix up to my reservation upon arrival and the room I got was by far the worst one thus far but I love the breakfast and the ice machine!

Staff could improve in customer service, they weren't rude but didnt feel welcomed. We got that place because they announced a swimming pool, but it was closed down and there was no warning or discount

When we arrived to check-in, nobody was at the front desk. There were other people that said that they had been there an hour waiting also. We waited about 40 minutes before someone attended us. Then, as we were going to check-out, nobody at the front desk again.

The room I booked ahead I was told I couldn’t have even when I showed my confirmation to them I was put in a room that was across from the workers no privacy the bathroom door was broken the shower made the floors slippery as there was no tub I booked a king suite with a balcony and received a standard queen room instead and they would not refund the difference I had to get help from expedia as the hotel would not comply I will never stay here again

The hotel did have many options for handicap people. The rooms are very unsanitary and falling apart. Hairs all over the restroom floor, the wall paper was destroyed room smelled like urine. The Ac unit was not strong enough to cool the room.

Pavement had lots of pot holes and did not look nice seeing construction workers drinking alcohol til late hours on Friday night.

Someone was smoking in the room next to ours. We called front desk and told them. Nothing was done. We slept 3 hours having to put a towel under the door, turning on the bathroom fan, and opening the window. It was a horrible experience. We would not stay there again.

Went in my hotel room, sheets has stains, light in room had bugs in it. Floors were really cleaned or swept right. Had to change my room, still wasn’t pleased with my other room but had to go to baseball tournament

Hotel in bad need of upgrade. Bed was very comfortable, front desk staff was friendly. Property and room were worn and not upgraded. Tub had rust and very low water flow. Wallpaper in restroom peeling. Door stuck some. No sound resistance through door so people outside talking loudly, yelling and drinking at all hours kept me awake. Outside areas very dirty.

The desk clerk was at lunch and we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. The entrance light in the room came on anytime we walked around and was very bright. Other than these, the room was fine, breakfast was great, Belgian waffles yeah, vending machines were fine.

The rooms are not fixed. Broken towel hangers. Patches up walls. Outdated lighting. Gravel in parking needs work. Restroom is small. Door almost hits toilet when you open and close it.

Front desk seldom acknowledged me…too busy on their phones. In 5 days, had to have a new key issued 9 times. Breakfast was marginal at best. Hot water in shower smelled.

Sister trip, one night stay. Location easy to find , front desk was friendly and polite. Hotel was very clean, Continental breakfast was very good.

People smoked outside of room. There was a used condom in walkway outside of room. Pool did not have towels.

So noisy and dirty and the door barely locked. No water pressure and the little bit of breakfast was horrible and stale.

Door to room did not close properly unless slammed hard. Shower pressure was bad. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but hot food wasn’t brought out until 6:50 which when you’re on a tight schedule for a tournament is unacceptable. Coffee machine in breakfast room wasn’t working so had to go downstairs. Pool was not heated at all. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Overall way overpriced for what was actually delivered.

Thought we were staying at a Hotel for the price they had charged. After we arrived and paid for the room, the girl at the counter said," the room is in the back, you can park your car back there". We drive to the back of the establishment and this is not a hotel this is a motel. We never even entered the room.
We didn't feel safe there anyway.
Asked for our money back, but mosr likely we'll never see it.
