Not even a bottle of water provided in the room and yet $35 charged as a use it or lose it which is impossible to use if you check n after 9pm, as the food and bar close so early. Miserable staff in the breakfast area.

The hotel rooms are very spacious and great ementities. Staff was very friendly. Room service was prompt. One minor thing, the hallways and common areas can use a little sprucing up. The dining area is beautiful.

Terrible don’t even think about staying there. Have no idea where to start. So we book a king size room upon check in they claim they ran out of king size room but would upgrade us to double beds that has a patio. What a joke as total disaster. Once over the fact room sucks we went to sleep to wake up to another major ordeal where the whole bathroom ended up being swamped with 4” of water due to broken pipe or whatever it was. Obviously by this time we were leaving so even if they changed our room it would have been useless. Try taking shower and walking out bath in disgusting water. Rooms totally outdated with hazardous electrical outlets right next to bed. You can’t even turn off lights by bedside and have to navigate in total darkness before getting into bed. Stay as far away from this hotel as you can. whoever is the hotels GM they need to go back to hotel management school

This hotel is no where near 5 stars, biggest deceiving ratings , our shower ceiling was leaking cold water while the shower is on, there are no cameras in the hall ways, well well well overpriced. The reception “thanked me for the information given about the leaking shower to advise their repair team can look after it after we leave.

The property itself was nice and clean. But I must say it the concept and art looks out of fashion. And the elevators deco it’s just not okay. Everything else was nice.

Incredible from start to finish! The hotel itself
Is stunning but it’s the service that sets it way way above the others. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. My 9year old will forever remember the kind gentleman working the door to the hotel on the day we checked out. He saw she was feeling a little off and surprised her with a monkey stuffy. Such a class act, SLS.

Hotel was clean staff was attentive room was perfect for what I needed, only issue was that I was charged $479 more as incidentals upon checking and which will be put back but that is the highest by far for a one night stay that I had seen. Otherwise good hotel not great but definitely good.

The hotel is a little dead so if you’re looking for a place with some sort of energy/vibe look elsewhere. Note they have sliding bathroom doors that do not soundproof you from the main room so if privacy is at all a concern while using the bathroom look elsewhere. Parking is 70/day and the attendants forget to charge your car unless you tell them each time.

We reserve over Experdia a room for one night and reach the Hotel at 9PM, where the recerption told us thatthis kind of room is not available and they are not very pleased to provide any solution on this.

We enjoyed the nice room, but the bathroom situation was less than satisfactory. The tub is ridiculous and the moving mirrored walls are heavy and not very usable. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and all the mirrors tend to make us feel like we’re in a theme park ride instead of a comfortable, beautiful room.

I booked a 2 night hotel stay through Expedia. My husband was at a nearby hospital. Instead of staying 2 nights, he was discharged after one night. I got to the hotel at 9 PM Thursday night and checked out at 9 AM the following morning. I was charged over $1000 for a 12 hour stay.
When I checked in I told the hotel that I would be leaving the next morning. They said that I would have been refunded for one day if I had booked directly through them. But, since I booked through Expedia, I would have to go through Expedia to get a refund. Expedia told me that since I paid at the hotel, I had to go through the hotel to get a refund. Long story short, I was given the runaround and lost hours on the phone and $500.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I had fallen on the street and hurt my hand. Everyone from Sandy in security to the women in the dining area and the concierge went out their way to help me.

Good stay, the thing I didnt like was that they charged me for my room. Then 2 days later they were charging me the room and the damage deposit. Why not just do it when I was staying their? Why charge me the room and the deposit... it should of just been the deposit.
