Nice stay. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Hallways at property were not clean and not vacuumed for days. Staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the beach.

Reserved one bedroom King calm down as we have before for 2 nights. Nothing was mentioned at the front desk that the condo was not available and when we opened the door to our room, it was a small room with two queen beds. Went back to the front desk and they said our room was not available and this was an upgrade, I said how is this an upgrade, where is the living room kitchen and bedroom I requested a refund and we drove three hours back home. This was very disappointing because the last time we stayed here the condo was very nice.

Booked 2 bedroom suite. Air conditioning in one room only blew air. Very uncomfortable to stay in. Also towel rack in second bathroom fell off the wall and almost hurt my 13 year old son.

Check-in was really pleasant and helpful. Beach chair and towel boys not the most pleasant. Golf Club ball man very arrogant and rude. Actual room very nice and clean. Overall a good experience not great.

Beautiful and clean resort and rooms. 3 pools, free bicycle use, free shuttle use until 11pm, golf boat and tennis rentals, as well as nice restaurants of various price ranges near. No microwave in room but a mini fridge.

The resort was under repair & we were told our view would be perfect ocean front. There are small buildings infront of the ocean view. The scaffolding is blocking the sunrise so it was frustrating. We were able to walk the shelled beach so that was awesome.

We checked in around 6pm. Only one person working. Was on the phone with a customer then helped the customer in front of me. Took about 20 minutes just to check in. Beach towels were of poor quality. Stayed on the top floor. Very little water pressure.

I have stayed at many hotels in my 41 years alive and this was by far the worst place I have ever been to the beach. Staff was terrible and made my wife get out of her chair at 5 PM as she was feeding my nine month old daughter because they had to take the chairs in at 5 o’clock, the room was musty. We asked for a crib multiple times only to find out it was delivered to another room. The dining was closed so we were unable to eat on property. Everything about the hotel was terrible. I will say positive was that both Expedia and the manager made sure we were properly compensated For this terrible stay do not go here ever in your life if you want to have a nice relaxing time away

I like the people here I like where this place is and how they operate it it's dirty though I have a video of my floor and of my room which is terrible my feet turn black if walking barefoot. I've never seen a room so dirty on the floor no trash bags barely any soap in the bathroom there was no shampoo hanging on the bathroom walls as I show in the video the shower was dirty I can't believe that for the price they charge for this place I love the place I do I do I hate how dirty it was this time

It was just okay. We were hoping for relaxing but it was over crowded to the point we couldn’t get towels by the pool and waiting a while for a drink. The room was nice however someone brought a dog they kept in the room throughout the day and night that just barked non stop. It annoyed everyone in the building. Proximity to beach was nice.

Room description stated ocean view/beach front. Very misleading. View was of mostly the parking garage and pool area with a portion of ocean to the left. We were also placed on the second floor so there were huge trees blocking the little bit of ocean view we had. Hotel overall is a bit run down and not very clean. There was a huge stain in the carpet. We were planning on staying for a week but checked out after one night. Hotel staff were want very willing to accommodate us to get a better view or even a higher floor. We won’t be back and very disappointed and surprised for a Marriott standard.

Very nice customer service, nice property, but it is in need of some renovations. A little bit deceiving, when I booked it said beach front, but that does not mean ocean front. Our view was to the parking lot.

My main issue is that this property should not be called resort or 4 star. In the past yes. 3 star with great reviews… Example adjoining room door lock out old doors, old spring door stoppers, no sound proof like rug so you could hear everything in the other room. Conveniently housekeeping wakes you up at 8:30 Saturday morning even if it’s the door across from yours.

Rust on the building luggage carrier was filthy elevators were rusty door to room hard to close rust around air conditioner dust in air filter lipsticked drawing on the bathroom mirror sliding glass door extremely hard to open and close table on balcony was damaged room did not smell as if it had been cleaned lampshade had mildew on it pool shown online was not the true pool at property
