Hotel was very clean and nice. Expedia failed I am sure I ordered a king bed and did not get it. I had rotator cuff surgery and required a king. Very happy with hotel but not Expedia next time I will probably book directly with hotel.

The window in our unit 116 would not lock. I called the front desk and in less than 10 minutes someone came and fixed it. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Although it was very clean it was also extremely expensive for what you get. The wifi was down and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The surrounding area was very dangerous to walk in the evening and full of people abusing drugs and panhandling.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were a goodsize but we could here runni g water fromotherpatrons rooms. Pool was cleaan but no hotel towels. We had to use our own

Breakfast staff was remarkable! She interacted with guests by checking in and asking if they needed something and replenished food quickly when it was running low. Great job!!

The staff are extremely pleasant, the breakfast is delicious and very well organized and the room is extremely clean and comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your property. Two people who were very friendly and welcoming were Glenda at the front desk and the young lady who worked in the breakfast area. She went out of her way to please us and made us fresh scrabbled eggs every morning. The only downfall were a couple of different girls who worked the front desk other than Glenda. They were not welcoming at all! When we walked in they didn't look up from either their phone or the computer to say hello. Not the type of customer service I expect. The other disappointment was the outdoor pool was not open! With such hot weather we were looking forward to sitting by the pool and going for a dip. However, they are apparently waiting for a Government inspection. Too bad!

The breakfast sausages tasted like they were dipped in pinesol, very strange flavour, and the eggs were dried up like they were reserved. The hotel itself was clean upon arrival. Our bed was made the next day but the dirty table not wiped off. The outside was kept spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful!

The place was a little grubby. Finding her in the bathroom is never fun. The people in the adjacent room were loud until nearly midnight. Unfortunately, there was a common door between our suites, and no door seal to dampen the noise.

It's very clean and the location is perfect for dining out and shopping. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The quality of service was not on par with the price. The room was small and simple, looking out on the parking lot at the back. No basic services we’d expect from a hotel of this type, like internet TV, or drinking water in the room. Food quality at breakfast was not to our liking. Though we appreciated staff as they were friendly and welcoming, we’d expect this level of overall quality of facilities and services from hotels below this price range.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. The tile on the Jacuzzi has some tiles that were broken. Not the best impression to leave your guest.

Ended up in Timmins for a funeral instead and couldn’t cancel of change the reservation.

If you like the sound of toilets flushing and water running this is the place to be. Trying to sleep while you hear the neighbours toilets makes for a horrible sleep. the toilets were overly loud and would loudly and slowly fill back up
