I like this hotel. It is centrally located, clean, and the staff is friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable although a little worse for wear and the safe was locked already. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They try to charge unnecessary fees and hotel staff and administrative staff are RUDE.

There were some frustrating fees tacked on to the final cost which were unexpected. While the staff were friendly, there wasn’t much desire to really change that aspect of our experience. The parking was a nightmare, and charging for this felt completely not worthwhile. The room was clean but some amenities seemed out of date.

The staff were absolutely amazing! From checkin to checkout - they were super helpful and gave us great tips on how to get around town as well as where to go. The hotel itself was great! The rooms were clean and the amenities (eg pool) were awesome. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here with a group of friends. Coffee and food on site. Walking distance for young adults for food options. Parking -was not included though be aware. We did have a great stay though! Super fun location!

Stayed here for a quick night in a road trip. We had a huge window looking over the mountains to the west. The room was spacious. The lobby is big and bright. Staff was very friendly upon checkin and checkout. Nice central location in the city, walkable to many restaurants.

Everything was top notch, and the staff were absolutely the best! My dad is elderly and the staff took such great care of us! Can't say enough about the Hilton and Salt Lake City!

The pool was freezing! We booked with this hotel so we would have a pool for the kids to enjoy and it was so cold they didn’t want to swim which is a little ridiculous for an indoor pool. The gym was fantastic though! Not a fan of the tiny weird shaped garbage cans in our room or the fact that there way no fan in the bathroom. Customer service was great though as well as breakfast.

Check in lady was rude, she asked for my name and when I told her she shook her head at me and looked at me up and down and said “so actually here’s where we’re going to start we’re going to start with a photo ID” and shook her head at me again. I know I needed my ID, but it was how she said it and she ignored my name as if she didn’t ask for it. She said it with a lot of attitude and her body language showed it too. Not a great impression 😊

I cannot thank your saff enough. I was one of the displaced Delta passengers alone in an unfamiliar city. The staff upgraded my room and I felt so safe and taken care of! Thank you again!!

Got to the room and the a/c was out and they immediately switched our room. It was clean and got cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good but a bit pricey for what I ate. I left my clothes in the closet, called the next day, filed a missing clothes report, heard back the next day and my clothes are on their way back to me! TY Hilton SLC!

We were stuck in Salt lake city due to the Crowd strike Debacle, and Hilton Hotels were able to provide accommodation. The hotel came through for us.
