The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful they did an excellent job. The room itself while clean was very old and badly in need of refurbishing especally considering the high rate charged we expected a modern room as in the photos not something from the 1970s. and really did not enjoy the lovely view of the brick wall outside of the room window. Most of the common areas were in need of refreshing. The stairs to our 2nd floor room, for instance, threadbare carpeting.

Requested/paid for suite with 2 queens and a pullout bed for 5 sisters. Was given 2 room with 2 queen beds- went and asked at desk for the suite I paid for and was told unable to honor request and gave an air mattress instead. Lady bugs crawling all over ceiling.. was not impressed

For the price, the rooms need serious upgrades/renovations. The first room we were offered reeked of cigarettes. The second was ok, but also run down, wallpaper peeling, cracks in ceiling, etc. Lobby area and restaurant was nice.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was also convenient, on Rt. 95 about 10 miles out of Salem, which was our visiting location. Service only gets a 2 rating because the Maid service NEVER came to our room. I had to go and get fresh towels at the front desk.

We had a great friends trip and the accommodations were wonderful. The breakfast was above average and the staff friendly and professional. We did see a mouse in the dining room and brought it to the breakfast attendants attention. He responded “there’s construction downstairs”

It would have been better if the people outside my windows had kept to the 10pm quiet time. Was midnight before I fell asleep. But front desk check in was great.

The Hotel was nice, clean, free breakfast. There is a nice mall about 5 minute walk from there. The hotel was good and worth it.

The rooms were old and small. My room was not clean for the second night. The restaurant was closed for dinner. The elevator was a block away from my room.

A bit expensive (almost $300), but was a beautiful property and convenient to where I wanted to go. If they had a nice pool, it would be even better. The lobby area and restaurant are really nice.

I am here for 3 weeks, and will be returning.
The staff shined. Front desk Ed was fantastic. When I arrived the sink and tub were both clogged. I had an appointment and he wasted no time getting me another room. There were several other times he was very helpful. He is a genuine, caring, attentive staff .
I would also like to compliment Abdul and Kim in the breakfast area who very hard working staff. They are serious about their jobs, constantly busy keeping the breakfast well stocked and extremely clean.

Paid for a king room on line, when we got there they told us all renovated king rooms were booked that we would have to take an un renovated room. The price was the same weather we got a nice room or and older room. Why wasn't there a discount for an older smoke smelled room . Not happy

I had a pleasant stay at Four Points Sheraton Wakefield Boston. Desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful, great breakfast buffet, and a pleasing dinner bar menu with a personable bar maid. Their Housekeeping Department needs major improvements (replacing necessary items such as plastic cups, towels, toilet tissue, etc., although their housekeepers, minus the language barrier, were very pleasant and helpful when asked. I found the bed uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible.

Although the room was OK, there were no written recommendations for restaurants, or places to go in the room when arriving. The common areas like the lobby were much too hot. Room service was good. Bathroom in 127 needs tile work. Mold on shower walls. Overall, i would rate this trip as a B-.

Lobby and bar were beautiful. Rooms were perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The Market St shopping area was amazing! Nice restaurants with a great wakable outdoor mall area!!! Perfect!

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was good qualify and the facility is in good condition. There's a lovely marsh pond behind the building where you can see wading birds and other critters. There is a shopping center with restaurants a short walk away. The location couldn't be better for driving as it's right off the interstate and provides easy access to the North Shore and Boston.

This property is in desperate need of a remodel. Rooms and common areas are outdated, although the lobby and bar area we fairly well kept and had a clean appearance. It's a super convenient location and is within walking distance to a great "marketplace" with retail and food, but there a better options a few miles away.

Over $400 for a room that was obviously not cleaned and had MOLD in bathroom! Hallways stink, carpet had holes, walls all scuffed....overall hotel has been let go and looks worse than a Super 8!! From parking lot, saw several rooms with broken windows...looked like rock or bullet went through them. Not what I would expect for anything with Marriott name tied to it! Had to walk 15 minutes to find a mall for dinner, no other food options around.

Tried to check in at 3pm. Room not ready. Restaurant closed. Walked 10 mins to have something to eat. Called hotel at 4:00pm,
4:05pm and 4:10pm to check if room was ready. Each time, front desk answered, placed me on hold immediately and then just never picked back up. Walked back at 4:30pm, room was ready. Walked into room, it was on the bottom floor and the door was in the lobby (rm 146). Carpets sticky, bathroom moldy, writing table sticky and dirty. It’s the kind of hotel that you need to wear slippers. It was my wife and i’s first
Night away without kids in 2 years. Wife started crying. We just handed keys back to front desk, told them we’re going to stay somewhere else and left. No apology/refund, anything. This was easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in the Hilton Woburn instead, which was nice.

First one I arrived. One of their host was very rude totally rude. I asked her if there’s any room available. She says noon cannot check until 3 o’clock. It’s ridiculous when I hear something because I noticed there was a lot of people in the morning checked out. I talked to the manager he was also rude about it until they gave me A room at 1:30. It’s ridiculous. I would never ever refer anyone to this type of hotel. It’s dirty and it smells pee inside the room and also they stole my AirPod was sitting on the table that I did not get. I tried to get from the front desk and they said they’re not responsible for anything inside the room, really bad stay
