The sheets on both beds had not been changed, hairs on the pillowcase, etc.
Staff brought up fresh sheets so we changed the beds ourselves (it was 9 pm Sunday). We were given credit of $49 for the inconvenience.

This was the nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed in, such a lovely job was done on the rooms during the remodel/rebranding. If you are looking at one of the MANY hotels in this area that is affordable, comfortable, clean, safe and quite, this is it! Spend the extra fee bucks and avoid those other Motels with numbers in their name, trust me, it is not worth it! This La Quinta was amazing, from the helpful and nice staff to the extremely clean and comfortable rooms, to the free breakfast options. I've always stayed at "cheap" hotels in the Eugene Springfield area to save a few bucks, but now that I know that this hotel exists, I will only be staying here going forward. Excellent hotel! 5 stars!

The staff was great and the room was larger than a normal size hotel room which made it easier for my son in a wheelchair to get around. The location was directly off freeway and lots of dining options in walking distance.

Running low on everything. Breakfast ran low on pastries, coffee, napkins, eggs, and never refilled. Our shower had no body wash in the refillable container. The room is newer so in modern style, but mediocre quality.

I stay here often. Always a good stay. This time the TV wasn't working properly, we just gave up not wanting to mess with it. Front desk did offer to come and see what was going on, we did decline. Pillows very uncomfortable. Not enough comfortable seating in room.
