I arrived late to the airport, so I was tired after a long day of travel. The staff was amazing, the shuttle driver was friendly and considerate. The front desk employee was amazing and made the check in process really simple. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options. I can’t wait to stay here again!

From shuttle drivers ,check in and check out, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I rarely sleep well but had a great night sleep in a very nice suite. It was so quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Room was spotless and I will stay here again and highly recommend it.

We (one adult, 2 kids) stayed there in mid-July. Location of the hotel could not get any closer to the airport. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Room and property was super clean. Laundry Machines were new. Cost was $3.00/a machine. Manager reception was perfect. Thank you.

This is a very comfortable and convenient hotel. We really enjoyed the complementary drink tickets and the happy hour they put on. Our room was perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was way more than we expected and very good.

Excellent staff. Good sized room. The only thing that lost a few stars was the house keeping. There was somebody else’s left over food in our fridge and candy wrappers inside the fold out bed. There was also a tray of food that was left outside down the hallway that sat there for two days ( could still be there!)

Snacks are served at the end of the day and at breakfast, which is very convenient with children or before a day out. The staff were very friendly. The only downside is that it's far from everything except the airport. So you can't really go for a walk, as the car is a must.

Just checked out of the hotel for a two-night stay in Portland. From the airport shuttle to check in/out to the lovely evening reception and great breakfast, the staff at Embassy Suites are welcoming, friendly, and made my visit a great one. Will for sure stay again for my next trip up to Portland.

Property was nice. Room was dated - drawers hard to open due to age. Housekeeping never came to our room once to clean it while we were there.
Dining room food was terrible. Ate dinner there on Saturday. Tried these Salmon bites. Waitress spoke very highly of them. Worst thing ever! all batter with a chunk of dried out salmon in the middle - worst meal ever ate at a hotel!

The hotel room and bed was very comfortable. The hotel location is close to the airport and only took a few minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. The check in staff was very kind and made sure my granddaughter was taken care of due to arriving in late. The pool was warm, clean and didn’t reek of chlorine. The breakfast with a chef made omelette option was amazing. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was very nice but I have a major suggestion that would make a huge difference.
If the fan on the climate control has a "constant on" setting it would really help with constant sleeping. The change from on to off throughout the night was very loud and disruptive to our sleep. Also, a garbage truck showed up around 4:30 am right below or window complete with back up alert noise and several attempts to get that backing up right.
On a lighter note, the restaurant was great and the service was top notch.

Excellent shuttle service (24/7 availability.) Friendly staff. Right beside the airport runway, but still quiet. The furniture in the elevator lobby was slightly, but visibly, soiled.
