It was amazing. The location is ideal, right off route 8, plenty of restaurants stores, anything you need is right there on there on Bridgeport Ave.The room was clean well maintained. Service management was very nice and helpful

The only thing I would say is, I am a short person and at least put a toilet in room 420 was so low to the ground. It was uncomfortable and also I am not a very big person. I don’t know what the proper way to say this, but my private parts would hit the water when I sit down on the toilet and I’m not fooling around this is true otherwise everything else was great

The property was convenient to my family. The hotel did not have stairs for people who do not ride elevators. The staff members are rude and will argue and yell at you as well. I will never stay here again and to I was only here to scout out hotels for our family reunion next year.

Room was average. Bathroom needed an update (tub was peeling). Walls were paper thin (could hear people In hallway too easily) Online Check-in process was easy. When I went to check-out the next morning there was no available staff to help me with check-out. I left my key cards at the desk and just called to confirm I was all set after leaving. Location has a lot of up and coming food/shopping options.

Desk clerks on checkin seemed unprepared for the job. one elevator was out, leaving only one with a high occupancy rate and many floors to serve. Long wait times.

One elevator was broken and there is no internal access to the stairs from the lobby, so it was very inconvenient to get to our room, the wait was 15 mins for an elevator. The room smelled like mold and there was a strong draft coming in through the window making the room super cold. I was charged a bunch of restaurant charges, when I asked they said oh someone was using your room number, we fixed it. It’s concerning that just anyone can put your room number down!

After a long drive and day we were anxious to get into our room and relax. Unfortunately this did not happen. Our room smelled like smoke, everyone in our family immediately started to get a headache from the smell. Then we found out or toilet was broken. They could not fix it and we would have to switch rooms. After getting all of our stuff unpacked we were told we would have to switch rooms. Very inconvenient after a long day.
When we got to the new room which was just down the hall from a family with small children running up and down the halls all night long. The beds were horrible and one of the feet on the bed was broken so we have to sleep at the other end of the bed, where feet normally go.
